Milwaukee shooting kills 5 inside home. A suspect is in custody following a shooting that left five people dead inside a home in Milwaukee, cops said. Police Chief Alfonso Morales said during a brief news conference that officers found five victims in the house on the city's north side. The victims were between the ages of 14 and 41, and the shooting took place shortly before 11 a.m. Monday. "Our prayers go out to the family," Morales said. "This is a very tragic event." Morales said during his news conference that the person who called officers to the home was taken into custody and there is no threat to the public. He said investigators believe the shooter acted alone and they have recovered a weapon.
Arizona man allegedly shoots, wounds 3 officers, barricades self in home before setting it on fire. A suspect was arrested for allegedly shooting and wounding three police officers Monday before barricading himself in a home and then setting it on fire, authorities said. Police said the 35-year-old man was taken into custody shortly before 1 p.m. to end an incident that began 12 hours earlier when officers on patrol spotted and confronted a suspicious person. The man ran and then turned around and fired several shots. Police said one officer was treated and released from a hospital for a non-life threatening injury. The second shooting occurred about 7 a.m. when police saw officers tracked the suspect to a Chandler home when the man again fired shots. Police say two officers were hit, but the bullets didn't penetrate their body armor. The name of the suspect wasn't immediately released by authorities, but police say he's known to them.

The couple live in the Gracie Mansion in Manhattan about 11 miles away. New Yorker Darren Goldner took video of the moment he scolded the Mayor for forcing an entourage of four SUV security vehicles to drive his family to the park for a nonessential recreational walk in a completely different borough. New York state remains the epicenter of COVID-19 in the US with over 291,000 cases and over 17,000 deaths reported so far.
