โ Lootings on markets in Northern Recife, Brazilian Northeast amid COVID Crisis
Late Friday, the Miami Herald reported that the city had recorded its second COVID-19 death - a 79-year-old man who has not yet been publicly identified. As of Friday evening, there were 869 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Miami-Dade county. Florida as a whole now has 3,192 cases - and has recorded 45 deaths. The case number has exploded in recent days, sparking fears that Florida is on track to become the next coronavirus epicenter in the US. Experts say with millions of Americans heading down to the Sunshine State to escape winter or for spring break - and drive-thru testing sites running out of kits - it could be a perfect storm for a rise in infections. What's more, nearly four million senior citizens live in Florida, a huge concern considering the elderly are the most vulnerable to contract the virus.

The below video shows the events that unfolded on the morning of March 25th, 2020 at approximately 8:22 am, A Davis County Trooper observed a pick-up truck traveling at freeway speeds suddenly swerve into the barrier on I-15 in Kaysville, Utah, at mile post 327. The truck continued to impact the center median barrier even losing a tire at one point. The driver failed to yield to the Trooperโs emergency lights and siren and continued driving southbound. Modified police intervention techniques were utilized to get the driver to finally come to a stop. It was later determined that the driver was experiencing a medical episode after being evaluated by Troopers, Kaysville Fire Department Personnel and Davis County Sheriffโs Office Paramedics.

In three body-worn camera videos, officers are seen parking their patrol SUVs directly in front of and behind the car that's been reported stolen. Read the full story. #shooting
The #FBI has become aware of recent cases in New Mexico of a phone scam known as virtual kidnapping in which a victim is told his or her family member has been kidnapped and a ransom demanded, according to news release. Unlike traditional abductions, virtual kidnappers have not actually kidnapped anyone. Instead, through deceptions and threats, they coerce victims to pay a quick ransom before the scheme falls apart. If you suspect a real kidnapping is taking place or you believe a ransom demand is a scheme, immediately contact the Albuquerque FBI Division at (505) 889-1300 or local law enforcement.
