A Connecticut man has been charged with attempting to travel to Syria to join the Islamic State, federal authorities said Monday. Ahmad Khalil Elshazly, 22, of West Haven, said in February that he saved about $1,000 to arrange travel to Jordan and Syria to join the terror group, the Justice Department said. He is charged attempting to provide material support. Over the course of a year, he allegedly made numerous statements in person and online about his desire to kill for ISIS and his hatred of the United States, FOX NEWS reports. “…They say, War has started and we are marching to it…..but all doors are closed, closed. I am talking to myself now, asking myself, How do I get there? How can I help Muslims? How can I do anything?” Elshazly told informants in a public venue in October, according to charging documents. “God willing! May this country [United States] burn the same way they burned Muslims! May they burn in fire at the end!”

The scandal in the U.S. Military received the wide publicity after it became known that the U.S troops were massively forced to burn the toxic chemical wastes in Iraq and Afghanistan that eventually lead to the thousand cases of cancer development and other oncological diseases among the American veterans.
During the hazardous getting rid of the toxic wastes the soldiers were not supplied with the special equipment protecting their respiratory system, reports say.

Some New Jersey high school students were nearly knocked out this week when they went on a field trip to Philadelphia, stopping by the "Rocky" statue -- and were surprised by the real Rocky. The Culinary Arts, Hospitality, and Tourism School (CATHS) students from Eastside High had just finished touring the Reading Terminal Market when they went to visit the museum. “When the students first arrived at the museum, they went to the statue and somebody said, ‘Hey, you just missed Sylvester Stallone,'" CATHS Principal Edgard Nieves said in a statement. “Nobody believed he was there, and then two black SUVs pulled up," he continued. Then one of the SUVs' windows rolled down and there Rocky was. Stallone asked where the kids went to school before getting out and took photos with them. "It's great to be home here," Stallone told the students. 🕺🏻

David Anderson and Francine Graham, the man and woman officials say took four lives in Jersey City in a hate-fueled domestic terror attack last week, both had handcuff keys hidden on their bodies when they were searched after the prolonged bloodshed at the JC Kosher Supermarket ended, law enforcement sources familiar with the case tell News 4. Anderson and Graham stormed the store with rifles and immediately opened fire on the people inside, bypassing others on the street, in what authorities have described as a targeted attack. They were found dead when it ended. Questions about their motive in what surveillance video showed to clearly be a targeted attack on the market had swirled in the 48 hours after the prolonged shootout that left schools riddled with bullets. But on Thursday, New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal said Anderson and Graham went there armed with rifles for a single purpose: They were bent on taking out Jewish people — and members of law enforcement.

An absolute savage beat down by Tucker here.
A prominent Manhattan architect was killed Tuesday by a chunk of facade that fell from a building whose owners knew for more than a year that the structure was crumbling — but did nothing to fix it. Erica Tishman, 60, of the Upper East Side, was hit with the debris around 10:45 a.m. while on 49th Street near Seventh Avenue. Police said she was pronounced dead at the scene. The owners of 729 Seventh Ave. obtained permits to repair its deteriorating roof and 17th-floor facade in October 2018, but sat on their hands — leading to a $1,250 citation from the city on April 29, 2019, for “Failure to maintain exterior building facade and appurtenances.” Buildings inspectors specifically flagged the “damaged terra cotta at areas above 15th floor in several locations which poses a falling hazard for pedestrians.” The Department of Buildings ranked it a “class 1” violation, which requires that the infraction “must be corrected immediately.”
