Looks like a cop needs some SERIOUS retraining… and an agency needs to get their act together.

This is crazy. Tesla cameras saved man from charges after a Winter Springs judge acquitted Kevin Finley after video showed a barely visible unmarked cruiser's lights.

Finley was driving home from a school drop-off on Aug. 7, 2024, when he passed a car in a median.
β €
Winter Springs officers said they tried to stop him. He said he never heard a siren and never saw lights long enough to know it was a chase.

The Tesla recording showed the emergency lights only for a short stretch before curves and buildings hid the unmarked car.

He pulled into his garage, then opened the door when he heard sirens and found officers with weapons drawn.

They filed charges of felony fleeing and eluding plus criminal reckless driving.

The case sat nearly two years.

The judge entered a judgment of not guilty after watching the car video and did not send it to a jury.

SIX OF THE MOST WANTED FRAUDSTERS ON PLANET EARTH β€” ARRESTED IN THREE MONTHS.

Four continents.
$2 BILLION in fraud against American citizens.
5,000 days on the run.

Then there’s Operation Blackout.

$17 BILLION in scam-center fraud seized. Thousands arrested. Thousands of workers freed.

These criminal syndicates targeted Americans’ life savings, retirements, and their kids’ college tuition.

We’re finding them overseas. We’re dismantling their operations. And when we’re done β€” they won’t be able to replicate them.

The FBI is leading the scam-center fight and the fraud fight.

That’s what it takes to complete the mission.

Great coordination between officers in the air and on the ground led to last weekend's arrests of a man &  woman working together in separate stolen SUVs who were suspected of multiple Brentwood vehicle break-ins. The guy slightly injured an officer before speeding off.  He later tossed a gun onto a roof, & drove at high speeds before the SUV's tires were spiked. All while an MNPD helicopter crew watched.

Broward Sheriff's Office deputies say two people found dead inside a Pembroke Pines home Monday morning were the victims of a murder-suicide. Pembroke Pines police and firefighters responded to a 911 call just after 7 a.m. and found retired Pembroke Pines Police Department Sgt. John Baker and his wife, Joanne Baker, dead.

Sergeant Baker joined the PPPD in 1994, and served as a road patrol officer, a Field Training Officer, a Master Patrol Officer, a Public Information Officer, a Traffic Homicide Investigator, and a Traffic Unit Sergeant.

John Baker was seriously injured in an on-duty motorcycle crash in August 2019 when a car turned into his path, leaving him with critical injuries that affected his speech and movement. Police said he later regained limited motor skills with the help of his family and medical team and remained active in supporting the community.

Rest Easy Brother. Prayers for his family of blue and blood.πŸ™πŸ»

NEW: FBI SWAT OPERATION IN CANOGA PARK: An FBI SWAT team was spotted conducting an operation with LAPD this afternoon on Milwood Avenue near Hart Street, prompting nearby Hart Street Elementary School to briefly go on lockdown.

At the scene, we observed FBI negotiators, bomb technicians, and a full tactical team, with LAPD officers also assisting in the operation.

Details remain limited, but preliminary information from the scene indicated federal agents were searching for a wanted suspect believed to possibly be inside an apartment or somewhere in the immediate area.
