SOME JERK stuck a Wyoming pizza shop with more than $300 worth of food they never intended to pick up, so the owner took all 18 pizzas and fed the staff at a local hospital instead. THAT is how you refuse to let somebody else’s garbage behavior ruin your night.

L’Osteria Mondello in Cheyenne was already slammed on a Friday when the huge order came in. The kitchen made everything, nobody showed up, and the phone number used for the order led nowhere.

Owner Dave Agovic was left with 18 pizzas and the bill.

He could have thrown them away.

Instead, he donated every single one to the emergency department at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, and a former employee who happened to stop by volunteered to deliver them.

Someone tried to waste a small business owner’s time and money.

Dave Agovic turned it into an act of kindness.

Street takeovers turned destructive across Los Angeles County this weekend, leaving behind smashed storefronts and prompting the Sheriff's Department to detail new tools it's using to catch those involved.

Video from the scenes shows the now-familiar chaos of a street takeover: tires screeching, engines roaring, crowds spilling into intersections. But this weekend, several of those gatherings turned into something more destructive. A Superior Grocers in South LA was left ransacked, with merchandise scattered and shelves emptied. Takeovers were also reported in Gardena and Westmont.

NO CHARGES IS INSANE: THEY PICKED HER UP WITH A GARBAGE TRUCK CLAW, realized there was a HUMAN BEING inside the debris... and STILL did not call 911. Now prosecutors say nobody will face criminal charges.

Tyrah Adams was 35 years old and homeless when a Louisville Metro Public Works crew accidentally grabbed her during an alley cleanup in February.

Once workers realized someone was in the pile, they dropped her back down. Records show they knew she was moving and breathing, but nobody from that crew called for an ambulance.

Adams eventually made her way to a nearby store, where somebody ELSE called 911. She later died.

Prosecutors say they do not believe they could prove a criminal charge beyond a reasonable doubt, and her family is now suing.

Human beings are not DISPOSABLE.

Tyrah deserved better than this.

The Memphis Fire Department sadly announced the passing of firefighter, Private Kelvin Townsend.

"Kelvin proudly served the Memphis Fire Department for 22 years. To those who knew him, he was much more than a firefighter. He was known for his kindness, sense of humor, infectious laugh, and the big smile he carried with him wherever he went.

Kelvin was a friend, a brother, and a valued member of the MFD family. His loss will be felt deeply throughout our department."
