Officer Austin Zade Abdelnabi was laid to rest Saturday in Greer, South Carolina, surrounded by family, friends, fellow Marines, law enforcement officers, and a community that came together to honor his life and sacrifice.
The support shown to the Abdelnabi family and the LVMPD family throughout this difficult journey has been extraordinary. We extend our deepest gratitude to the Greenville County Sheriffβs Office, the North Carolina Troopers Association Caisson Unit, the many law enforcement agencies, organizations, businesses, and South Carolina community partners who helped make Officer Abdelnabiβs funeral possible.
Members of the LVMPD Honor Guard also traveled to South Carolina to stand alongside Officer Abdelnabiβs family and assist in honoring our fallen brother.
To everyone who donated, volunteered, stood along the procession route, offered prayers, or simply showed up, thank you. Your kindness and support will never be forgotten.

Praise God for law enforcement: 163 KIDS were recovered, INCLUDING A TWO-MONTH-OLD BABY. THIS is the law-enforcement story that should be EVERYWHERE.
Florida's Operation Statewide Shield brought state, local and federal agencies together with one mission: find missing children and get them safe.
They recovered 163 children ranging from just 2 months old to 17. Three men have been arrested so far.
Authorities say many had experienced abuse, neglect, exploitation or exposure to criminal activity. Three felony cases have already been generated from the operation, with additional investigations continuing.
That is 163 children who were missing and are missing no longer because investigators, officers, agents, child advocates and partner organizations kept looking.

Outstanding coordination by Border Patrol, AMO, HSI and Texas DPS. Suspected human smugglers hit 100+ mph and bailed out when their vehicle was disabled. One then carjacked a civilian at gunpoint.
Smugglers risk lives for profit. We will keep taking them down.

YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS UP. Three inmates are suing the Washington Department of Corrections over transgender-related prison care.
Here's the (disgusting) kicker: their charges involve CHILD S*XUAL ABUSE, s*xually motivated animal cruelty, and the killing of an 11-MONTH-OLD BABY. These "men" are VILE. They should be facing PERMANENT consequences.
Their amended federal complaint seeks changes involving gender-related medical treatment and prison policy, with requested remedies that include psychological evaluation, electrolysis, body-contouring services and monetary compensation.
One plaintiff was convicted of r*ping two young girls. Another was convicted of multiple felonies including first-degree animal cruelty with s*xual motivation.
Andrew Kennedy was convicted of homicide by abuse after killing his cousin's 11-month-old daughter while she was in his care.
These men should be facing the DEALTH PENALTY, not receiving taxpayer-funded affirmation of their delusion.
