NEW: DOJ opens new pathway to restore federal gun rights for certain barred individuals.

Attorney General Todd Blanche on Monday launched a new process to allow certain people who are barred from possessing firearms to apply for restoration of their federal firearm rights.

Under a final rule issued by Blanche, applicants must establish the circumstances of their prohibition, as well as show that they are not likely to pose a danger to public safety.

LET’S GO! This is a MAJOR gun-rights win: For the first time since the NFA was enacted in 1934, suppressors were legally transferred to customers without Form 4 approval or registering the transfers with the ATF.

A federal judge ruled that the government could not continue enforcing tax-based NFA requirements for firearms that Congress no longer taxes.

The recipients still completed the standard Form 4473 and passed background checks. But the additional NFA registration and approval process did not apply.

For nearly a century, federal law required gun owners to pay a special tax, register their suppressor transfers with Washington and wait for ATF approval before taking possession.

The injunction currently protects the organizations, companies, members and customers covered by the lawsuits. It does not end NFA registration for every American, but it is a major breach in a federal system gun owners have been fighting since 1934.

Is this the beginning of the END for NFA registration of untaxed firearms?

BREAKING: Hidden camera captures Minnesota poll workers confirming alleged foreign terror organization members can vote if vouched for.

Minnesota’s vouching scheme lets non-citizens register on a mere oath. Knowingly assisting them is a federal crime—false citizenship claims & fraudulent registration. Yet vouching replaces a paper trail making prosecution near impossible. Audit it now.

WHY is the Minnesota Department of Revenue publishing instructions specifically for Shariah-compliant mortgages?

Minnesota has done more than just talk about these special accommodations. In 2009, Minnesota Housing helped develop the New Markets Mortgage program as a three-year, $15 million pilot. The financing structure was created largely for Muslim families following Islamic restrictions on interest.

Minnesota Housing participated as the investor.

That pilot ended years ago, but the Department of Revenue still maintains a Shariah-specific page explaining how these transactions are treated under Minnesota’s mortgage registry tax.

Taxpayers deserve to know whether any state agency currently supports anything similar. What EXACTLY is Minnesota funding today?

New video shows how quickly conditions changed during the severe weather over the weekend in Meridian Village, Colorado.

Within moments, rising water turned this roadway dangerous, stranding a motorist and prompting an emergency response.

Never drive through flooded roads. Water can rise quickly, conditions can change in minutes, and depth or current may be impossible to judge.

Turn around. Don’t drown. Find another route and stay safe.

Deporting 40 million people would solve 4 of top 5 things liberals complain about.

1. Rent and housing prices
2. Healthcare costs
3. Carbon emissions in America
4. Wages

Yet they fight harder for immigration than anything else.

BREAKING: California today became the first state in the nation to create rules limiting the kind of replacement tires people can buy for their car, pushing energy efficiency.

The bullshit never ends. The corruption never ends. How long are people going to continue to support a Democratic Party hellbent on taxing, regulating and destroying a once great state? What will it take?

CAUGHT IN THE ACT: Georgia officers stopped a man allegedly viciously beating a 15-year-old after he broke through a shared closet wall.

Gainesville police responded to an apartment complex shortly before 10p.m. on August 5 after witnesses called 911. Police say 29-year-old Obed Reyes entered the teenager’s apartment through a hole in a closet wall while she was home with two younger family members, ages 5 and 7.

He allegedly pulled her by the hair, struck her repeatedly and threatened to s*xually attack her. The teenager fought her way into the breezeway and screamed for help as the attack continued. Officers arrived while it was still underway, immediately separated Reyes from the girl and took him into custody.

He is charged with burglary, aggravated assault, attempted r*pe, kidnapping and two counts of cruelty to children.

“Our officers did an excellent job removing a violent criminal off the streets, and that was just the beginning,” Police Chief Jay Parrish said.

Lies, Facts, and REVENGE on display as TUPAC MURDER Trial begins 30 years after Rapper's Killing.

Some 30 years after the 1996 killing of rapper Tupac Shakur, the murder trial of the man accused of orchestrating the killing, Duane "Keffe D" Davis, is now underway in a Las Vegas courtroom. Davis, a former gang member from Compton, is not accused of pulling the trigger, but instead of orchestrating the killing, prosecutors are working to establish revenge and retribution as a motive, the culmination of a long-running, bicoastal hip-hop rivalry. Davis' defense, meanwhile, is working to make the argument that the statements from Davis that link him to the killing are embellishments, and that words from Davis himself are outright lies and fabrications. With more on the case, and the arguments being laid out, Cher Calvin and Micah Ohlman are joined by criminal
defense attorney Lou Shapiro.

Shapiro also weighs in on the case of Nick Reiner, accused of killing his parents Rob and Michele. This, as the younger Reiner is fighting in civil court to tap into his trust fund in order to handle legal fees - that effort complicated by California's "slayer statute," which prevents a person from receiving an inheritance from the death of someone they intentionally killed.
