Attorney Chris Madel plans to seek legal fees from Attorney General Keith Ellison’s office, saying Ellison ignored the statute that requires his office to represent Londregan without conditions.

The Tyler Robinson preliminary hearing starts at 1pm tomorrow, half day. We are expecting to hear the police interview with Lance Twiggs, Robinson's roommate and reported romantic partner.

Sioux Falls SD Police say one person is dead after an exchange with law enforcement late Tuesday night.
Just before 10:00 pm, officers were called to the area of E. 20th and Claudette in eastern Sioux Falls for a well-being check.
When officers arrived, they began taking gunfire from someone inside a garage.
One officer was shot and taken to the hospital, where they were treated for his injuries.
Officers returned fire.
Authorities say the suspect is dead.

Marian Charitun was detained on July 1 and charged July 2 with illegally voting in a federal election and making false statements while applying for U.S. citizenship.
