Three people have been killed and another two have been injured after a highway bridge collapsed during rush hours in eastern China. The flyover in Wuxi fell apart yesterday evening when cars and trucks were driving on and underneath it, footage released by state media shows. The major overpass gave way after a truck driver carrying more than 170 tonnes of steel had driven onto it, Chinese media reported.

An Iranian oil tanker has been hit by two explosions off the coast of Saudi Arabia. Tehran said a supertanker called Sabiti, owned by The National Iran Oil Company, was struck by two missiles 60 miles from the port of Jeddah around 5am Friday. The explosions badly damaged two tanks on board the vessel, causing them to leak into the Red Sea. 'Experts believe it was a terrorist attack,' a source told Iranian news agency ISNA. The blasts follows a series of attacks on tankers belonging to Saudi Arabia and its allies and on Saudi oil facilities which have been blamed on Iran. Iran has not said who it believes is responsible for the attack on its tanker, though Riyadh will be top of its list of suspects. 💥

A seven-year-old boy in New York is in a critical condition after a homeless man picked the child up without provocation and slammed his head into the pavement. The horrifying incident happened in Queens when the unidentified boy was walking with his parents around 5.40pm in the Kew Gardens neighborhood. According to CBS 2, the 35-year-old suspect approached the young boy and his 10-year-old brother while they were waiting outside for a pizza delivery. The homeless man was arrested by law enforcement and taken to the Jamaica Hospital for a mental evaluation. BREAKING NEWS! California man, 67, who relied on oxygen pump dies 12 minutes after PG&E cut down power to his area to prevent wildfires. El Dorado County Fire Chief Lloyd Ogan said on Friday that a call was placed to the fire department from Pollock Pines after 3.30am on Wednesday. Crews arrived at the scene and found Robert Mardis Sr., 67, unresponsive and were unable to revive him, according to the Mountain Democrat. Ogan said the man's oxygen equipment required power, but could not say whether the shutdown was related to his death. Mardis Sr.'s daughter, Marie Aldea, told FOX 40 that her father had several health issues and she believes the power cuts were involved in his death. 😱
