End of Watch for K9 Unit Officer Don DJ Keller, 31, of the Greenwood Police Department, South Carolina.

A traffic stop was attempted on a blue Jeep believed to be involved in shootings in the Greenwood area. The Jeep fled at a high rate of speed and crossed into oncoming traffic where he collided with Officer Keller who was not involved in the stop/pursuit incident, but was arriving to assist. The driver of that Jeep was a 15 year old child, his passengers 17 and 18 years of age. K9 Vice was unharmed in the incident that took Officer Keller from us.

Officer Keller served in the U.S. Army from 2016 to 2020, and went to Active Reserve where he still served. He joined the Greenwood Police Department in 2023, he became a K9 Unit Officer just last year. Officer Keller leaves behind a wife of 10 years and 2 year old daughter.

DEVELOPING: A search for a suspect is underway in Wayne County after after Sheriff Tom Ballinger and a deputy were stabbed Tuesday morning.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol confirmed troopers are assisting Wayne County Sheriff’s Office deputies at the crime scene, which prompted the nearby school district to go under a soft lockdown.

Rand Paul (R-KY) tells me that the COVID-19 whistleblower who will testify publicly & in person before his committee tomorrow morning is an active CIA employee who will testify that the intelligence community has covered up the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic for years, Bill Melugin reports.

"I think this whistleblower will help to confirm that this was known, has been known for a long time, and that when the scientists at the CIA looked at this, they discovered or they concluded that the virus had come from the lab," Sen. Last month, a woman withdrew cash from a bank near Alton and Culver. After she got into her car, suspects blocked her car, opened the door, punched her in the face, and stole her backpack, which had $5,000 in cash inside.

On Friday, while our Detectives surveilled the suspects, they appeared to be up to no good near a bank. Detectives arrested Michael Anthony Goodwin, 21, of San Ramon, and Raul Santino Lopez, 22, of El Sobrante, for the previous robbery and conspiracy.

Keyon Maceo Johnson, 22, of Oakland, was also in the vehicle and was arrested for conspiracy.

Officer Keller served with the Greenwood PD for 3 years. Prior to that, he served our country in the U.S. Army for 4 years and was with the South Carolina National Guard for 6 years. He is survived by his wife and their two-year-old daughter.
