NEW: Los Angeles ERO arrested Anthony Wilson Williams, 27, of Venezuela, April 2. Williams is a member of the Tren De Aragua gang and the South American Theft Group. He was arrested for burglary, obstructing, resisting, and assaulting an officer. He is in ICE custody pending removal.
