The orchestrated insurrection in the Somali crime hotbed of Minneapolis, aided and abetted by politicians and their media handmaidens, is just a smoke and mirrors distraction.

It’s REALLY about the billions of dollars of Democrat fraud. Not ICE, not Trump.

FRAUD!!! That’s all.

We Honor and Remember Deputy James Tutino, End of Watch (EOW) January 26, 2005.

On January 26, 2005, a man disturbed over the recent breakup of his marriage, doused his Jeep Cherokee in gasoline and parked it on the railroad tracks in Glendale in the path of Metrolink Train 100. Before the train struck the SUV, the man fled. The resulting collision caused the train to derail killing 11 passengers and injuring 180 more.

Among the dead was Deputy James Tutino. Jim was riding to work at Men's Central Jail in full uniform. Although he was not assigned to Transit Services Bureau, all sworn personnel are expected to handle any disturbance or criminal matter on the train from detaining suspects or the mentally ill, to responding to the body of someone who commits suicide by stepping in front of a train.

Suspect Juan Manual Alvarez was arrested a short time after the crash and later charged with arson and 11 counts of homicide. He was convicted of first-degree murder in 2008 and sentenced to 11 consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole.

Deputy Tutino served with the Sheriff's Department for 23 years. He was survived by his wife, Rita; his sons James Jr. and Nicholas; stepchildren Tera, Colby, and Kristen; his parents Don and Maureen, and his siblings; brother Tony, and sister Jill.

Jim’s brother, Tony, served as a Ventura County Deputy Sheriff and his son, Nick, is an officer with the Simi Valley Police Department.

The FBI will always defend the First Amendment and the Second Amendment.

What we will never tolerate is violence against law enforcement.

After violent riots where federal vehicles were dismantled, stolen firearms recovered, and agents’ personal information used to threaten their families, we acted, and arrests are ongoing.

You do not get to touch law enforcement.

WATCH LIVE: White House holds briefing amid Minneapolis unrest, major winter storm

NEW: Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt details President Trump's emergency response to the monster winter storm battering states nationwide: "POTUS continues to monitor the situation closely... POTUS also quickly approved 12 Federal Emergency Disaster Declarations within 24 hours...enabling these states to access critical federal resources to supplement their response efforts if needed."

KAROLINE LEAVITT: "Nobody in the White House, including President Trump, wants to see people getting hurt or killed in America's streets."

"This includes Renee Good, Alex Pretti, the brave men and women of federal law enforcement and the many Americans who have been victimized at the hands of illegal alien criminals."

"President Trump does not want any Americans to lose their lives in the streets of America... He believes what happened on Saturday is a tragedy, but every life is equal to President Trump and that’s why the lives of Laken Riley and Jocelyn Nungaray continue to matter to him... It’s unfortunate that we did not see the same type of sensationalist media coverage over the tragic deaths of those innocent American women..."

PressSec details President Trump's call with Gov. Walz:

"If Governor Walz and Mayor Frey implement these common sense, cooperative measures... Border Patrol will not be needed to support ICE on the ground in Minnesota. ICE and local law enforcement can peacefully work together, as they are effectively doing in so many other states and jurisdictions."

"Such dangerous rhetoric is exactly what has brought us to this position today, where you have elected Democrat officials across the country who are encouraging left-wing agitators and crazy people to go out and unlawfully obstruct lawful immigration enforcement."

"Sec.Noem still has the utmost confidence and trust of POTUS, and she's continuing to oversee the entire DHS... Border Czar Homan is in a unique position to drop everything and go to Minnesota to continue having these productive conversations with state and local officials."

"Mr. Homan is someone who has been lauded for many, many decades for his experience working in law enforcement... I would remind everyone in this room that it was Former President Barack Hussein Obama who awarded a medal to Mr. Homan."

"7 of the Top 10 safest cities in the United States cooperate with ICE, and we've seen historic turnaround in safety in cities that have chosen to cooperate with ICE... look right here in Washington... The murder rate in Washington, D.C. has plummeted as a result."

"POTUS supports the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding American citizens—absolutely... while Americans have a constitutional right to bear Arms, Americans do not have a constitutional right to impede lawful immigration enforcement operations."

"Billions and billions of dollars has been stolen from law-abiding taxpayers in Minnesota, and the administration continues to be very focused on getting to the bottom of it, especially... with respect to Congresswoman Omar, who now has a net worth within the millions, and one must ask themselves, why, and how, is that possible?"

PressSec: "The last remaining body of the Israeli hostages in Gaza has been returned. This is a huge foreign policy feat... POTUS made the impossible possible."

US Holocaust Museum responds to Gov. Walz comparing immigration enforcement to Holocaust and Anne Frank:

"Anne Frank was targeted and murdered solely because she was Jewish. Leaders making false equivalencies to her experience for political purposes is never acceptable. Despite tensions in Minneapolis, exploiting the Holocaust is deeply offensive, especially as antisemitism surges."

Last night in Minneapolis, anti-ICE anarchist agitators targeted a hotel where they believed DHS law enforcement was staying. This is part of a coordinated campaign of violence against law enforcement.

These violent anarchists will not deter ICE from carrying out the American people’s mandate to arrest and deport the worst of the worst.

As a former Special Forces Warrant Officer with multiple rotations running counterinsurgency ops—both hunting insurgents and trying to separate them from sympathetic populations—I’ve seen organized resistance up close. From Anbar to Helmand, the pattern is familiar: spotters, cutouts, dead drops (or modern equivalents), disciplined comms, role specialization, and a willingness to absorb casualties while bleeding the stronger force slowly.

What’s unfolding in Minneapolis right now isn’t “protest.” It’s low-level insurgency infrastructure, built by people who’ve clearly studied the playbook.

Signal groups at 1,000-member cap per zone. Dedicated roles: mobile chasers, plate checkers logging vehicle data into shared databases, 24/7 dispatch nodes vectoring assets, SALUTE-style reporting (Size, Activity, Location, Unit, Time, Equipment) on suspected federal vehicles. Daily chat rotations and timed deletions to frustrate forensic recovery. Vetting processes for new joiners. Mutual aid from sympathetic locals (teachers providing cover, possible PD tip-offs on license plate lookups). Home-base coordination points. Rapid escalation from observation to physical obstruction—or worse.

This isn’t spontaneous outrage. This is C2 (command and control) with redundancy, OPSEC hygiene, and task organization that would make a SF team sergeant nod in recognition. Replace “ICE agents” with “occupying coalition forces” and the structure maps almost 1:1 to early-stage urban cells we hunted in the mid-2000s.

The most sobering part? It’s domestic. Funded, trained (somewhere), and directed by people who live in the same country they’re trying to paralyze law enforcement in. When your own citizens build and operate this level of parallel intelligence and rapid-response network against federal officers—complete with doxxing, vehicle pursuits, and harassment that’s already turned lethal—you’re no longer dealing with civil disobedience. You’re facing a distributed resistance that’s learned the lessons of successful insurgencies: stay below the kinetic threshold most of the time, force over-reaction when possible, maintain popular support through narrative, and never present a single center of gravity.

I spent years training partner forces to dismantle exactly this kind of apparatus. Now pieces of it are standing up in American cities, enabled by elements of local government and civil society. That should keep every thinking American awake at night.

Not because I want escalation. But because history shows these things don’t de-escalate on their own once the infrastructure exists and the cadre believe they’re winning the information war.

We either recognize what we’re actually looking at—or we pretend it’s still just “activism” until the structures harden and spread.

Your call, America. But from where I sit, this isn’t January 2026 politics anymore.
It’s phase one of something we’ve spent decades trying to keep off our own soil.
