STOLEN CAR CRASHES INTO STOLEN CAR IN OREGON 🚨

An unusual and almost unbelievable chain of events unfolded in Oregon, where police say a man driving a stolen vehicle crashed into another stolen vehicle — driven by a woman — during a police pursuit.

According to authorities, officers were attempting to stop a man driving a reported stolen SUV when he fled, leading police on a pursuit through city streets. The chase came to a sudden end when the suspect crashed head-on into a sedan at an intersection.

That’s when the situation took an even stranger turn.

Police later confirmed the second vehicle involved in the collision was also stolen, and the woman behind the wheel had no connection to the male suspect prior to the crash.

Both vehicles sustained significant damage. Despite the severity of the collision, no life-threatening injuries were reported.

Officers arrested both drivers at the scene. The male suspect faces multiple charges including unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police, reckless driving, and assault-related charges tied to the crash. The woman was also taken into custody and faces charges related to possession of a stolen vehicle and driving under the influence.

Police described the incident as extremely rare, noting that it is uncommon — if not unheard of — for two stolen vehicles operated by unrelated suspects to collide during a single incident.

Authorities continue to remind the public to avoid engaging with fleeing suspects and to let law enforcement handle active pursuits.

UPDATE: A Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy and a suspect both sustained non-life-threatening injuries Tuesday in a shooting in Palmdale.

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the shooting occurred Tuesday afternoon in the 37900 block of 11th Street East.

Sheriff’s officials said the unidentified suspect was treated at the scene, and a deputy was taken to a hospital.

The extent of the suspect’s and the deputy’s injuries was not disclosed, but sheriff’s officials confirmed that both were alive and suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

"Law enforcement agencies are investigating after two officers were shot in Gainesville and two other people were killed, including the suspected gunman.

GPD PIO Art Forgey has confirmed that two Officers with the Gainesville Police Department sustained non life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.
