BREAKING: DOJ has just charged the Venezuelan illegal alien shot by Border Patrol in Portland on Thursday with 18 USC 111 (aggravated assault of a federal officer w/ a deadly weapon), and they've provided photos of the badly damaged BP vehicle they say he rammed several times during the targeted arrest. According to DOJ, LUIS NINO-MONCADA, allegedly affiliated with Tren de Aragua, admitted to intentionally using a red pickup truck to ram the federal vehicle, said he knew they were immigration agents, and said "fuck ICE" while having a tourniquet applied to his gunshot wound by medics. DOJ says MONCADA was ordered deported by an immigration judge in Denver, CO in November 2024.
According to the criminal complaint, the actual target of Border Patrol's operation was MONCADA's female associate, Yorlenys Betzabeth Zambrano-Contreras, a Venezuelan illegal alien and suspected TdA associate who was caught and released at the Texas border by the Biden administration in September 2023. She was ordered to check in at an ICE officer after release, but never did, making her subject to immigration arrest. DOJ says she is also believed to be involved with a Tren de Aragua prostitution ring, and was connected to a July 2025 shooting in Washington County during a prostitution deal that went bad.
FOX is told that Zambrano-Contreras is also now in federal custody, and is being charged by DOJ in the Western District of Texas with 8 USC 1325, illegal entry by an alien (yes, crossing the border illegally is a federal crime).
____
"Anyone who crosses the red line of assaulting law enforcement will be met with the full force of this Justice Department.
According to a newly unsealed complaint, Luis Nino-Moncada β an illegal alien in Portland, Oregon with ties to Tren de Aragua β is alleged to have repeatedly rammed a Border Patrol vehicle, threatening the lives of federal law enforcement officers.
He should NEVER have been in our country to begin with, and we will ensure he NEVER walks free in America again."
Attorney General Pamela Bondi

2-year-old Liam Rivera of Stamford was beaten to death by family member Edgar Gomez, an illegal immigrant.
Gomez was previously convicted of assault for breaking Liamβs arm but was released to the public instead of being transferred to the Feds for deportation because of CTβs 2019 Sanctuary State law, passed by Gov. Lamont and CT Dems.
Liam would likely be alive today if not for Gov. Lamont & CT Demsβ Sanctuary law.
No Dems protested Liamβs death. Gov. Lamont didnβt rush to a microphone in the aftermath. They put CT citizens in jeopardy everydayβbut they fall over themselves to protest controversies 2,000 miles away.
CT deserves better. Liam deserved better.

LVMPD Drone Locates Missing Child
When a family called 911 to report their child was missing on January 5, LVMPDβs Drone as a First Responder (DFR) team responded immediately.
Within minutes, the drone was in the air near Charleston and Fort Apache and used its thermal camera to detect a heat signature consistent with a small child behind a nearby backyard. The DFR pilot relayed real-time information to dispatch, helping guide officers and the family to the childβs location.
In the video, you can see the child in the backyard, and moments later, an LVMPD officer arrives on scene and assists with a safe reunion.

NEW: amid ongoing tension between Minnesota and Trump admin, DHS is calling on Gov. Walz & Mayor Frey to co-operate with 1,360 detainers of criminal illegal aliens after DHS says MN already released 470 criminal illegal aliens onto streets.
βGovernor Walz and Mayor Frey REFUSE to cooperate with ICE law enforcement and have released nearly 470 criminal illegal aliens back onto the streets of Minneapolis. We are calling on Walz and Frey to stop this dangerous policy and commit to honoring the ICE arrest detainers of the more than 1,360 criminal illegal aliens in Minnesotaβs custody,β said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. βIt is common sense. Criminal illegal aliens should not be released back onto our streets to terrorize more innocent Americans.β
β’Leny Odemel Ramirez-Santos, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras charged with sex offense against a child β fondling and driving under the influence of liquor.
β’Edwin Amable Ashca Ninasuta, a criminal illegal alien from Ecuador with charges for lewd or lascivious acts with a minor.
β’Lenda Neh Mama Epse George, a criminal illegal alien from Cameroon with charges for cruelty toward a child and domestic violence.
β’German Adriano Llangari Inga, a criminal illegal alien from Ecuador charged with homicide β negligent manslaughter with a vehicle and driving under the influence of liquor.
β’Puol Both, a criminal illegal alien from Sudan convicted of making terroristic threats, burglary, first-degree aggravated robbery, and larceny.
β’Somsalao Thonesavanh, a criminal illegal alien from Laos convicted of drug trafficking and selling a synthetic narcotic.

The facts of what happened in Minneapolis on Jan 7 matter: at 10:25 AM CT the individual in question was using her vehicle to block-in law enforcement officers and obstruct lawful operationsβa felony. Throughout the course of the morning, the individual and her partner had been stalking, harassing and impeding law enforcement.
ICE law enforcement approached the individual in question and gave repeated lawful commands to stop obstructing operations and then ordered her out of her vehicle for arrest. She refused to comply.
She then proceeded to weaponize her vehicle, a deadly weapon, and hit a federal law enforcement officer.
The ICE officer, fearing for his life, the lives of his fellow law enforcement, and the safety of the public, fired defensive shots.
Peaceful protest is a sacred First Amendment right. This was not that. If you obstruct law enforcement operations, ignore lawful commands, and use a deadly weapon to kill or cause bodily harm to a federal law enforcement office there are dangerous, and in this case deadly, consequences. This was entirely preventable.
