NEW: Cal/OSHA issues citations against Marysville, Yuba County after officer's death.

California workplace regulators have fined the Marysville Police Department, citing several violations related to the shooting death of Officer Osmar Rodarte. The city now plans to appeal the citations, which have resulted in more than $150,000 in proposed penalties

U.S. Federal Housing Director Bill Pulte believes that Letitia James also committed insurance fraud and suggests that superseding indictments could be coming for her 👀

“I believe and I don’t know for sure… that that’s insurance fraud…

You have downstream crimes when you have mortgage fraud. You have insurance fraud. You have tax fraud.

And so I wouldn’t be surprised to see a superseding indictment, but of course that will be all up to the DOJ.”
