Officer Eric Madison saw the car pass him at 4:33 P.M. He then began following the car to a driveway on Farmer’s Bridge Road and Springhill Church Road. The kidnapped woman attempted to flee the vehicle as 45-year-old Freddrick Andrews Hadden started shooting at both the woman and Deputy Madison.
