an illegal alien child-rapist from Guatemala and being harbored by Minnesota Governor Tim Walz under his unlawful Sanctuary State laws.

LAPD News: An OIS investigation is underway in Rampart Division.

This is preliminary info: around 4:10am Rampart Div ofcrs responded to a radio call of a burglary in progress at a residence in the 500 block of N. Alexandria Ave.

Officers located the suspect on the second floor of of an apartment complex. The suspect threw planters down at officers as they approached from the bottom floor.

The suspect, only described as a male adult, entered an occupied apartment and armed himself with a knife once inside. Officers deployed less lethal munitions that had no effect on the suspect. The armed suspect approached ofcrs and an OIS occurred.

The suspect was struck by gunfire and taken into custody. Fire Dept paramedics responded to the scene and determined the suspect deceased. The suspect’s knife was recovered at scene and will be booked as evidence.

No officers or other community members were injured during this incident and there are no ongoing threats to the community.

Last night, Portland rioters violently targeted federal law enforcement— 250 rioters launched fireworks, shined lasers in officers’ eyes to temporarily blind them, and stormed an ICE field office. Ultimately, five individuals were arrested on various charges including assault on federal law enforcement.

We won’t sit idly by and watch these cowards.

Our officers are facing a 413% increase in assaults against them as they put their lives on the line to arrest murderers, rapists, and gang members. Secretary Noem’s message to the rioters is clear: you will not stop us or slow us down. ICE and our federal law enforcement partners will continue to enforce the law. And if you lay a hand on a law enforcement officer, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
