A 26-year-old man was captured on surveillance footage wielding a knife as he walked into the 75th New York Police Department precinct in the East New York neighborhood of Brooklyn and begged for officers to shoot him on Sunday. The man who is said to have bipolar disorder allegedly told police: 'The government is f**king me. I want you to shoot me.' Officers shocked him with a Taser instead, after which he asked: 'Why didn't you shoot me? I'm too chicken to kill myself.'
