Hundreds of African and Haitian migrants rioted on Tuesday after failing to escape from a temporary immigration shelter in southern Mexico. Guards and police officers at the facility, the largest migrant center in Mexico, stopped the inmates as they tried to flee. This was the third migrant uprising in a month at the Feria Mesoamericana shelter, which is located in Tapachula, a city in the state of Chiapas. A Haitian mother-of-two appeared on a video sprawled out on the dirt pavement, crying for assistance for her sick, five-year-old son while her toddler son crawled nearby on the ground. 😱

Mother Nature's incredible power has been caught on camera by astronauts on the International Space Station who captured the huge Raikoke volcano erupting. The mountain is found in an uninhabitable peninsula of Russia and the enormous eruption was captured by the orbiting ISS who captured the destruction from above. Nobody was injured in the eruption which saw debris thrown into the air in a vast plume. The eruption occurred on June 22 and was the first time the volcano had stirred in nearly 100 years. #WOW
