Moment an unarmed man was shot dead by sheriff's deputies who fired approximately 34 rounds while he was driving a car in an LA parking lot. The fire broke out at around 4am this morning at Philadelphia Energy Solutions oil refinery in South Philadelphia. Russia is on the verge of deploying a completely new kind of weapon that combines hypersonic and laser technology, the country's defence minister has claimed.
