Brian Issack Clyde, 22, has been fatally shot after exchanging gunfire with federal officers outside the Earle Cabell Federal Building in Dallas. No one else was injured. Dallas Morning News photographer Tom Fox said he saw the suspected shooter, wearing a black mask, parked at the corner of Jackson and Griffin streets. The man ran, stopped in the street to pick something up, and then opened fire, cracking the glass in the courthouse door. Video tweeted by KDFW shows a man in a black mask carrying a gun running from the sidewalk near the courthouse to a parking lot across the street. Police were seen tending to a man in a parking lot outside the courthouse. Authorities are shown at left, and inset, near the site of the #shooting.

About 30 minutes later, police provided the following update: "Police have located 2 victims. Injuries serious but not life threatening. 2 people in custody. 2 firearms recovered. Investigating."
