Notes:
• Access from the Contacts tab.
• If Contacts permission disabled and your Telegram Contacts list is empty, then you won't see the 'Add People Nearby' menu. Workaround: add a contact without phone number from a user profile.
• Location radius, how it works, wording and other details may change on final release.

目前只有安卓的BETA可用，总的来说体验还不错。
频道链接到群组后，群员直接回复群组中频道的消息或者回复回复频道的消息可以直接显示在列表中。
（对转发到频道的消息无效）
个人觉得目前不能替代掉channel heleper，没有👍和👎功能，以及开关不可控，毕竟有人可能只想链接群组但是不想给评论嘛。
还有就是，广告鸡估计该大批量上线了（群里的管理员可有得忙了）

#Telegram小考察 《关于🎰》
「Telegram 赌场化不可避。」
这次的花样比较多。截至目前的状态：
- 仅 macOS beta 版本获得支持
- 发送方式与以往的赌场 emoji 一样。
- Bot API 暂时屏蔽了此类消息
- 中了三连 BAR、三连 🍇 好像也没有什么特效（还没抽中三连７）
虽然 Bot API 的返回数据看不到了，不过好在 macOS beta 的日志是有完整 MTProto 输入输出的，大概还是能从那边一探究竟。
【数据结构】
虽然与以往不同这次的🎰是三个值在变化，但是还是没有出现新的数据结构。沿用了以前的 emoji + int 的格式。只是这次的 int 应该是把这里面所有可能的组合全都编码进去了。

经过一番~~豪赌~~胡乱尝试，基本搞清了规律。
- 取值范围：1～64
- 单一卷轴有四种图案：BAR、🍇、🍋、７。
- 上面四种图案依次指代四进制的 0、1、2、3。
- 三个卷轴按照左低右高的形式构成一个三位数。
- 这个三位数转成十进制，然后加一就是这个组合的编号。
例如：
- BAR BAR BAR = 000₄ + 1 = 1
- 🍇 BAR 🍋 = 201₄ + 1 = 34
- 🍋 🍇 🍇 = 112₄ + 1 = 23
- ７ ７ ７ = 333₄ + 1 = 64

Manage Live Streams in your groups and channels using external software like OBS Studio, XSplit Broadcaster, or FFmpeg.
Notes:
• With external software, you can stream from many sources: desktop or window screen, video file, etc.
• FFmpeg: Documentation, Encoding for streaming sites
• You can now Start RTMP Live Stream in production server: open a group/channel as owner > click Live Stream button > Stream With.
• Check @avformat for sample video files (AVC, HEVC, AV1, etc)
Try these parameters to stream video files with FFmpeg
• RTMP for any video codec:

Message Channels
In the Beta version of Telegram for iOS 11.12 (30793), users may now send messages to channel admins, the channel "teleLakel" reports.
The price for messages may range from 0 to 10,000 Telegram stars. Previously, this feature appeared in Telegram for macOS.
The feature is currently in early development, only works on the test server, and may change in the future.
