一篇 FBI 公开文件称，FBI 可以获得 iMessage、WhatsApp 及 Line 上「有限程度上」的通信内容，而对于 Signal、Telegram、Threema、Viber、WeChat 和 Wickr 等应用，FBI 通过法律途径无法获取到通信内容。
根据这份报告 [1]，从 Telegram、Signal 及 WeChat （中国区账户）处可以合法获得的用户 metadata 最少。
