1️⃣ Backup existing "Apple Color Emoji.ttc" on /System/Library/Fonts
2️⃣ Download and unzip Apple Color Emoji.ttc Catalina 10.15.3.zip file. Mirror link
3️⃣ Double click on "Apple Color Emoji.ttc" to install the font, or via Font Book app.
