The experimental atomic explosions were carried out at the U.S. Department of Energy's Nevada test site in southeastern Nye County from March 17 to June 4 in 1953.The footage shows the aftermath of four separate 32-kiloton blasts from an atomic bomb later nicknamed 'Dirty Harry.' Three clips show the moment the heat blast from the bombs melted the paint on three separate automobiles, including two classic sedans and a bus. Moments later the vehicles are blown away by the bomb's shockwave. A fourth clip shows an empty tent bursting into flames before being obliterated. 😱 #wow #history

The tiny cub, estimated to be around nine weeks old, was separated from its mother after being left in the dense vegetation where it wandered off and was spotted by local farmers heading home from harvesting the field in Nagapur village, India. A four-man team was dispatched and after checking that the male leopard cub was healthy, agreed to try and reunite the animal with its mother. To reunite the pair and cub the young leopard was placed inside a clear plastic box, where its cries attracted its mother who could be seen in footage turning up to try and reclaim her offspring. She could be seen cautiously sniffing the plastic box, which had a stone on the lid to keep it shut, before eventually nudging it onto its side as the lid fell off releasing the cub to freedom. A short while later the mother, initially scared by the falling device, crept nervously over and as the cub emerged from the box and she picked it up in her mouth by its neck and disappeared with it back into the jungle.☺️
