Last night around 11:30 an amber alert was sent out to everyone's phone asking for people to keep an eye out for an 11 year old girl that was abducted by her father. The police had to tweet this out shortly after. Unbelievable.

Gunman apprehended after opening fire on co-workers at Henry Pratt plant in Chicago suburb, police say.
A gunman armed with a pistol opened fire on co-workers at a manufacturing plant Friday in the southwest Chicago suburb of Aurora, Illinois, before being apprehended, Aurora police reported.
The Aurora Daily Herald says preliminary reports indicate that four Aurora police officers and multiple civilians were wounded in the shooting at the Henry Pratt Company. CNN reports that the officers were all in "stable condition." 😱
