Tallahassee police were arresting shoplifting suspects Chad M. Bom and James W. McMullen in a busy parking lot outside a department store in the Florida state capital when the 2-year-old girl clambers out of the side door of the truck with no shoes or socks on and approaches the police who keep their guns raised. The video shot by a passer-by caused a stir online, prompting the police to release two further body cam clips that show that they worked to get the girl and her younger brother to their mother, a suspect. 😂

Victor Page, 43, is in jail awaiting trial on seven charges including attempted rape and child sex abuse stemming from the alleged assault on on December 30 in Camp Springs, Maryland. Video of the assault obtained by TMZ shows a man identified as Page restraining the girl outside her home in Camp Springs as she desperately tries to get away. Neighbors noticed the commotion and called police before rushing to her aid. Page played for the Georgetown University Hoyas for two seasons from 1995 to 1997. 😱
