'This will likely mean that some airplanes will be removed from service,' he added. Meanwhile, Japan announced on Sunday that 32 passenger jets that use the same family of engine as the Boeing 777 that caught fire during the United Airlines flight from Denver to Honolulu on Saturday, have been grounded.
