Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office: Specially trained SAR members entering the debris flow. Mud poses tremendous challenges for searchers with hidden holes, unstable footing, sticky texture, lack of visibility. Search and Rescue crews are preparing to search the debris flow for the missing driver, Jennifer Moore. Specially trained members in mud and marine rescue from Lake Oswego Fire, Clack County Sheriff, OR State Police are present. Oregon DOT working to clear roadways.
