Philadelphia Police: On December 6, 2020 at approximately 6:20 PM, two unknown black males were captured on surveillance video at Los Materos Food Market located at 19th & McKean Streets. Suspect # 2 entered the market, looked around and left. Once outside, suspect # 2 met up with suspect # 1 and waited for the customers to leave the store. Once all of the customers were gone, the suspects entered the store. Suspect # 2 went to the rear of the rear of the store while Suspect # 1 approached the counter, produced a handgun demanding the money from the cash register. After taking an undetermined amount of money both suspects fled the store.
