The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man who broke into Incarnation Catholic Church in Town 'N Country and lit several pews on fire. Deputies released surveillance video in hopes someone might recognize the suspect. The man appears to be wearing long pants, white sneakers and a surgical mask, but no shirt. The break-in at the church, off West Hillsborough Avenue at 5124 Gateway Dr., occurred at 10:36 p.m. Friday, the Sheriff’s Office said in a news release. Video surveillance shows him pouring liquid onto three wooden pews, setting them fire and running away as flames quickly erupt. He was in the church no more than three minutes and left through the church’s east entrance, apparently without taking anything. The flames caused significant damage to the church sanctuary, Sheriff Chad Chronister said. Anyone with information was asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at (813) 247-8118.

Grand jury indicts 1 officer on criminal charges 6 months after Breonna Taylor fatally shot by police in Kentucky.

Police are looking for a gunman following a shooting on the Las Vegas Strip that left one woman injured. The shooting was reported to Metro Police shortly after 11 p.m. It occurred in the valet area of the Aria Resort & Hotel. According to Metro Police, someone fired gunshots into the air following a fight. One of the bullets struck a woman who was treated for minor injuries and released. This is the third serious gun incident on the Las Vegas Strip just in the past four days. On Tuesday, police arrested a man with a gun at Casino Royale after a foot chase that started in Harrah’s Hotel & Casino. On Saturday, a shooting in front of Paris Las Vegas left two people injured. One of the victims was shot five times but is expected to survive. Multiple people in that incident, including the gunman, were arrested.

Tampa PD: Grand Theft Auto! On September 19th, 2020, a tow truck was stolen outside of Citgo at 2610 N. 40th st, by the suspect seen hear in the video.
