White Dallas police officer Amber Guyger has been found guilty of murder after she fatally shot her unarmed black neighbor after claiming she mistook his apartment for her own. A jury reached the unanimous verdict in the high-profile trial for the 2018 killing of 26-year-old Botham Jean after six days of witness testimony but just a handful of hours of deliberation. In Texas, the sentence for murder is from five to 99 years in prison. The jury is expected to return on Tuesday afternoon for the punishment phase of the trial. Jean's family are expected to address the court at that time. Loud cheers erupted in the courtroom from Jean's family as the verdict was announced and someone yelled 'Thank you, Jesus!' David Delgado, 32, of Los Angeles was charged with suspicion of robbery and battery with serious injury Tuesday morning. Investigators said Delgado was in a bathroom inside the Tower 12 restaurant on Hermosa Beach around 6.40pm on September 2 when he approached an unidentified man wearing a red hat with the words 'Make America Great Again' written in Russian and asked the victim what the hat said in English before repeatedly punching the man in the face until he fell to the ground. 😡 #fools

Communist protesters have rioted in Athens to protest U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo's visit to Greece. Pompeo's visit on Saturday was met by demonstrators from the KKE, the Greek Communist Party, who burned an American flag, fought with police and threw red paint at a statue of former US President Harry Truman. Members of the Communist-affiliated trade union PAME were also spotted attacking riot cops, who responded by blasting them with pepper spray. Captured by Shawn Melvin, the footage shows a CR&R garbage truck with smoke billowing from its rig in Calimesa, which authorities have now identified as the cause of the blaze, which destroyed more than seventy homes and has left at least two people dead. Father and son are arrested for drag racing in New York's Lincoln Tunnel in Corvettes after SHARING a video of their crash on Instagram. New Jersey man Fred Ordine, 44 - a guitarist in a heavy metal band - and his son Chadwick Quinones, 25, were racing in their Corvette sports cars in the 1.5mile-long Lincoln tunnel on February 9. The race ended in an out-of-control crash around 10pm. Quinones shared dashcam video of their race showing his black Corvette speed past a bus and other vehicles.
