Philadelphia Police: On Friday September 4, 2020 at 1:45 PM, an unknown male entered a business on the 46XX block of 11th street to make a purchase. Upon entering the suspect observed an unknown male and quickly produced a handgun. The offender fired several shots and after doing so fled the area in a southbound on 11th towards Wingohocking. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident. Suspect Description: Black male, mid to late 20 years-of-age, tall, stocky build, beard, wearing a white t-shirt, dark pants and white/black sneakers. Possible tattoo on right forearm. *** ARMED WITH A BLACK SEMI-AUTOMATIC HADNGUN *** Suspect Vehicle: Newer Dodge Charger, SRT Edition, Silver in color. Chaos in Oregon as peaceful Trump supporters clash with armed BLM protesters: Multiple people arrested as fights break out between demonstrators after huge #MAGA vehicle rally drove from the Portland suburbs to Salem. Hundreds of Trump supporters gathered in Oregon City, Oregon on Monday afternoon at the start of a pro-Trump convoy, before driving to Salem and scuffling with counter-protesters. The event was organized a week after a member of Patriot Prayer, a pro-Trump militia, was shot and killed at the end of a similar caravan. On Monday afternoon another caravan was organized - this time deliberately avoiding the tumultuous city of Portland, and instead heading south to Salem, the state capital. Members of the peaceful Proud Boys pro-Trump group waited in the city for the caravan to arrive - and clashed with supporters of Black Lives Matter.

Salem police on Monday arrested at least two Proud Boys members during the violent unrest. They were later released without charge.

At least one dead as wildfires trap 50 hikers in California, decimate an entire town in Washington, burn through Utah and Colorado and cause more than 100,000 to lose power in Oregon during record heatwave. In California 14,100 fire fighters are battling 24 separate blazes, which have collectively destroyed 2 million acres. Fresno Fire Battalion Chief Tony Escobedo confirms there has been one fatality.
