TAMPA, Fla. - Accused Twitter hacker Graham Clark's bond will remain high at $725,000. That ruling came during a raucous Wednesday morning virtual hearing for the 17-year-old. At times, it was difficult to hear the judge because he was constantly interrupted by hackers posing as media, playing rap music and yelling foul language. The interruptions got so bad, Judge Christopher Nash had to abruptly shut down the Zoom hearing after pornographic images appeared on the screen, FOX 13 reported. When the hearing resumed, Clarkโ€™s attorney argued his client's bond was excessive and asked the judge to lower it, with conditions. Hillsborough assistant state prosecutor Darrell Dirks said Clark's bond should stay high. He argued the teenager is a danger to the community, especially if he has access to any electronic devices without proper supervision.

The most powerful weapon to ever be used against other humans was detonated by the United States in Japan 75 years ago. On August 6, 1945, a B-29 bomber famously known as the Enola Gay dropped an atomic bomb on Hiroshima, marking the first of two times the bomb has ever been used in warfare. The death toll itself was mind-boggling. As many as 140,000 people ultimately died from the blast, but not all perished immediately. The residual health issues caused by intense radioactive fallout claimed thousands of lives in the months and years afterwards as well. The city was leveled โ€“ less than 10 percent of the buildings in Hiroshima were left undamaged by the bomb, according to the U.S. Department of Energy.

A tragic photo has emerged showing the final moments of firefighters sent to tackle a blaze at Warehouse 12 in Beirut's port before the chemicals stored inside exploded with the force of a small nuke - killing at least 137. The image shows firefighters trying to pry the lock off a door beneath a sign that reads 'entrance 12', along with signs warning of hazardous chemicals inside. The person who took the photo has been confirmed dead with the photo found on his phone, while Beirut's governor has said 10 firefighters are missing after the blast, sparked when 2,750 tons of ammonium nitrate stored in the warehouse caught fire. The image was being widely-circulated on Arab-language twitter accounts on Wednesday as people paid tribute to the firefighters, who are assumed to have perished.

Three Massachusetts police officers were stabbed or slashed in the Greater Boston area Thursday morning, said a public relations firm representing police departments in the state. The officers were injured during a response shortly after 8 a.m to a residence on Tuttle Street in Saugus, a town located about 11 miles north of Boston, John Guilfoil PR said. The nature of the call was not immediately clear. The agency said Saugus police had confirmed three officers were stabbed or slashed. It said all three were taken to Massachusetts General Hospital and are expected to survive. A fourth officer was also hospitalized for precautionary reasons. The suspect, a male believed to be in his late teens, had brandished a knife, according to the police spokesman. He was arrested and was not seriously injured. He was taken to Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. No further information was immediately available.
