The individual was surrounded by officers, this is “ASSAULT” plain and simple!

Police Dance With Cheers, Professionalism in Question

After listening to the cheers from some pedestrians at around 1744 in Tsim Sha Tsui on December 1, a riot police officer danced as if he was not on duty.
