NEW: Another insane one involving Fairfax County, VA. A Tunisian illegal alien w/ 30+ arrests and 90+ felony & misdemeanor charges throughout northern VA who routinely has his charges dropped & ICE detainers ignored is back in local custody again.

Nick Minock reports Fairfax DA Steve Descano botched a felony drug case against him last week that could have put him in prison for up to 40 years. Descano’s office failed to publish a witness list as required by a judge’s order, resulting in certain witnesses not being able to testify, and the case was dropped because of Descano’s error. Now he’s arrested again - this time in Arlington County, VA.

Thanks to President Trump, over 100 American hostages have returned home, and today, one more does the same.

No Commander-in-Chief has rescued more Americans. That’s what America First means. 🇺🇸

WATCH: Vice President JD Vance Holds a Fraud Task Force Press Conference, Oct. 21, 2026

VP JD Vance on fraud in the SNAP program: "Unfortunately, like with so many of these other programs, we find that there are people out there who decide to commit fraud against these programs, who quite literally in this case will steal from the mouths of hungry children in order to enrich themselves. That cannot go on and thanks to President Trump’s leadership we are fighting and winning the war against fraud in the SNAP program."

AG Todd Blanche: "We have uncovered $42 MILLION dollars in fraud associated with the SNAP program. This fraud comes in all different ways. It comes from these criminals actually stealing the money off the cards that are used to purchase food by our most needed in the country. It comes from just outright theft and taking money from the people that are supposed to be receiving these efforts."

Our deepest condolences are extended to the Van Zandt County Sheriff’s Office and the family, friends, and fellow law enforcement officers of Deputy Sheriff Adam Sherifi, who was killed last night while serving a felony warrant in Van Zandt County, Texas.

He leaves behind his wife and three children, one of whom was just born in September.

“There are no words that can ease the pain of losing someone you love,” said Malakoff Mayor Nicole Mason-Driver. “I am praying that God surrounds his wife and children with comfort, strength, and love in the difficult days ahead. May they find support in the people around them and peace in the precious memories they will forever hold.”

Rest In Peace, Hero🖤💙

"My son Dawson and I were at the Golden Bear gas station outside Jackson Hills and Officer Hill was getting gas. I got Dawson out of the car to go inside and I told him “look there’s a police car!” and Dawson started smiling and pointing at it saying how cool it was. Then Officer Hill turned on the blue lights, cause he saw us looking. Then we smiled at him and we walked in.
While we were inside, Officer Hill comes up to us and gives Dawson a “community strong, MJPD” bracelet. He said every little boy was once like Dawson and would get so excited for Police cars. He was so nice and made Dawson’s day! Thank you all for what you do!"
Officer Hill wasn't responding to a call or attending a community event. He was just getting gas. But he saw an opportunity to connect with a young member of our community and took it.
To Officer Hill, it may have been a small part of his day.
And to Dawson, keep smiling when you see those blue lights, buddy! We're glad Officer Hill made your day!
