ICYMI: HS Task Force Prosecution: A man has been arrested and charged in a federal criminal complaint alleging he possessed with intent to distribute fentanyl and methamphetamine after law enforcement officers discovered approximately 30 POUNDS of suspected fentanyl and more than 677 POUNDS of suspected methamphetamine during a traffic stop in Lincoln County, Nevada.
β€œAnyone who plans to release a deadly drug like fentanyl onto American streets will be prosecuted,” said AG Todd Blanche. β€œThanks to the diligent work of federal and local law enforcement, the lethal drugs allegedly possessed by this illegal alien are no longer endangering the lives of countless Americans. The Department of Justice will continue rooting out illegal drug trafficking networks and keeping American neighborhoods safe.”

BREAKING: FBI Director Kash Patel has arrived in Moscow, Russia for a meeting, MS NOW reports, citing sources. @police_frequency
MS NOW put me in Russia based on two anonymous sources. I was in Virginia, honoring law enforcement at Liberty University. The network had to correct its false report.
This was a basic verification failure. They were wrong about my location, and they are wrong about the successes of this FBI and our partnership with State, Local, and Tribal Law Enforcement. If a network cannot confirm where I was before putting it on air, how can the public trust its reporting on the work our agents and officers do every day?
This is bigger than a false story about me. The men and women of law enforcement deserve accurate reporting while they protect communities and take violent criminals off our streets.
Three apologies are owed: to this FBI, to the law enforcement community, and to the American People.

FBI Director Kash Patel

Time is up for California

We gave California 48 hours to review and flag more than 20,000 noncitizen voters recently mailed live ballots.

California refused.

This morning we filed a federal court action seeking an emergency order requiring California to sequester ballots returned by suspected noncitizens.

This is not political or controversial. 18 U.S.C. Β§ 611 makes it a federal offense for noncitizens to vote in a federal election. We will not allow California to dilute the votes of American citizens.

It is with profound sadness that the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office announces the passing of Deputy Jeffrey Martin, who dedicated eight years of service to our agency. Deputy Martin was assigned to the Sacramento County Main Jail, where he served as a CERT team leader. Before joining our agency, he proudly served in the United States Air Force. Deputy Martin passed away while off duty, leaving behind his wife and two children.

Yesterday, family, friends, and colleagues gathered to honor Deputy Martin’s life and lay him to rest. The loss of a member of our Sheriff’s Office family is felt deeply by those who knew him and served alongside him.

Rest Easy Brother. Prayers for his family of blue and blood.πŸ™πŸ»
