The Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office SD announces with profound sadness the passing of Deputy Katherine Frank, age 26, earlier today.

She was shot Friday night in Sioux Falls and fought for three days.

Deputy Frank was surrounded by her family and loved ones in her final moments. In her final act of service and generosity, she became an organ donor, continuing to help others even in her passing. Katherine worked at the South Dakota State Penitentiary from September 2022 until being hired with the Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office in June 2024.

Deputy Frank’s death is a significant loss to our agency and to the broader law enforcement community in and around Sioux Falls. She served the citizens of Minnehaha County with professionalism, humility, and dedication. Her absence will be felt deeply by all who have had the privilege of working alongside her.

California resident with a large diesel truck went in to get gas, he was excited because he was expecting to finally get a cheaper price thanks to Donald Trump’s Executive Order removing the tax
He was told by the gas station Gavin Newsom is BLOCKING the relief and it’s still full price
He’s right. Donald Trump signed Executive Order 14435, “Emergency Tax Relief on Diesel Fuel”
- Penalty waiver for dyed diesel on highways
- Deferral of the federal excise tax
- Treasury is directed to explore avenues to eliminate the obligation to pay the deferred taxes later
Gavin Newsom responded by not lifting the ban on use of red diesel on public roads and has not provided the matching state tax relief
By the way ‘Red diesel’ is chemically the same as regular highway diesel; the red dye is just a marker so authorities can tell the highway taxes haven’t been paid
So Gavin Newsom is blocking it ONLY to hurt Americans before midterms and not give any financial relief
Newsom is a criminal.

Trump is confirming that China and Russia abandoned Iran in favor of an alliance with Trump. China and Russia are our geopolitical opponents, but they are sovereign nations, and they also recognize that our real enemy is not each other, it’s the transnational criminal organization known as the Deep State.

Trump, Xi, and Putin, are working together in some capacity, and have come to some sort of deal. Xi and Putin agreed to Trump’s redrawing of spheres of influence and they are standing down while Trump obliterates Iran and completes the “world’s most powerful reset”.

I think Russia and China agree to stand down and leave the Western Hemisphere, in exchange for a seat at the table. Putin and Xi have agreed to Trump’s new global rules of engagement.
