NEW: Arizona sheriffs are calling out Santa Cruz County Sheriff David Hathaway over reports that his office failed to respond to alleged violence, threats and property damage tied to border-wall protests.
In an open letter released today, the Arizona Sheriffs’ Association says federal and state law enforcement partners reported repeated requests for assistance that went unanswered. The association says those allegations require documentation and investigation.
β€œThe duty to preserve the peace and protect the public cannot be set aside simply because an incident involves federal operations or politically contentious circumstances,” the letter states.
The association affirms the right to peaceful protest but says that right does not shield criminal conduct. Member sheriffs say they stand ready to provide available personnel and resources if Arizona DPS requests assistance.

POTUS in Syracuse: "It's great to be back in upstate New York β€” just a short distance from the beautiful shores of LAKE AMERICA!" πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

"Radical Dumocrats have turned New York into a national embarrassment of high costs, high crime, massive corruption, and communist politicians chasing jobs and businesses and wealth out of the state of New York.

Under Dumocrat rule, New York has: the number one highest taxes in the country. The number one worst business climate in the country. The number one highest homelessness in the country. And MORE people are leaving New York than any other state in America."

Public visitation and funeral services have been set for Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper Bradley Ritger, who died from injuries sustained in the line of duty.

Ritger died Oct. 2 after he was injured following a traffic pursuit. He was 29 years old.
Captain Craig Larson, the Northwest Region Commander, thanked the community for their continued support.

β€œJust the amount of support truly showed Trooper Ritger’s sacrificeβ€”not only in his daily service and how professional and courteous he was day in and day out, but also in the community he served and took part in off-duty. You could truly see that this past week,” Capt. Larson said.
