A diver came to a stingray’s rescue after it after it got stuck inside a tire off the coast of Jamaica.

Lee-Ann Rando of Lady G Diver encountered the trapped stingray while taking part in an underwater excursion near Port Antonio on the northeastern part of the island.

Rando said she observed the cartilaginous creature for about 15 minutes and noticed it would β€œjust circle around inside the tire, clearly agitated.”

β€œAnd he said, The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence. I will call on the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.”

Five years ago, Attorney General Merrick Garland issued an infamous memorandum at the urging of the National School Boards Association and White House officials, directing the FBI and United States Attorneys to consider looking for a federal hook to prosecute parents exercising their right to free speech.

Today, we are releasing the β€œReport to Expose the Weaponization of Government Against Parents in Schools” which details Weaponization of the Department against these parents β€” from attempting to get the National Security Division involved to ignoring repeated warnings from employees that leadership’s actions could be unconstitutional.

Along with the report, we’ve released hundreds of exhibits and emails that make official and verify what many Americans had guessed: the Garland DOJ worked hand in hand with WH officials and the National School Boards Association to chill free speech and parental rights while they threatened to prosecute parents and label them domestic terrorists.

On October 5, 2016, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Sergeant Steve Owen was killed in the line of duty while responding to a burglary in progress in Lancaster.

Sergeant Owen, 53, was answering a report of a break-in when he confronted the suspect, Trenton Lovell. During the confrontation, Lovell shot the veteran sergeant in the head before standing over him and firing additional fatal shots. Despite the efforts of fellow deputies and medical personnel, Sergeant Owen succumbed to his wounds later that evening.

Sergeant Owen dedicated his life to serving his community and protecting others. In addition to his assignment at Lancaster Station, he served with the Sheriff’s Mounted Enforcement Detail.

Today, we remember Sergeant Owen for his courage, dedication, and commitment to protecting his community. We also remember his family, friends, and fellow deputies who continue to honor his memory.

Rest in peace, Sergeant Steve Owen. Your service, sacrifice, and legacy will never be forgotten. πŸ–€πŸ’™

The Pennsylvania Senate has approved a bill to rename I-81 Exit 119 in Schuylkill County in honor of fallen Pennsylvania State Trooper Michael E. Pahira Jr. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ’™

Trooper Pahira was killed in the line of duty by illegal alien on July 1 while conducting a commercial vehicle inspection along I-81.

If approved by the Pennsylvania House, the interchange would officially become the PSP Trooper Michael E. Pahira Jr. Memorial Interchange β€” creating a permanent memorial along the very highway where he served.

It’s more than a new name on an exit sign. It would serve as a lasting reminder of a Pennsylvania State Police trooper who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving others.

NEW: Russian authorities have quarantined about two dozen people and are monitoring hundreds more after a lab worker at a Siberian plague research institute died from a mysterious illness.

The cause of death has not been confirmed, and testing is underway.

NEW: Karoline Leavitt is joining Fox News Channel as an on-air contributor after leaving the White House briefing room.

The former White House press secretary will provide commentary across the Fox News lineup beginning Nov. 1.

"Karoline’s firsthand experience in the White House and on the presidential campaign trail gives her a distinct understanding of today’s political landscape," FOX News Media CEO Suzanne Scott said, adding that Leavitt will bring "authentic and sharp insight" across the network's platforms.

Leavitt says she's ready for the next chapter: "I look forward to bringing my unique perspective from my experience as White House press secretary, along with the same energy and candor that defined my tenure, to Fox’s millions of viewers across their many platforms."

Leavitt stepped down from the White House in August after making history as the youngest press secretary, saying she wanted to devote more time to her two young children.
