Message from Chief Davis regarding Sunday, Sept. 20th ICE Incident

Austin Police Department

🤔Guilty of 37 felonies and this person isn’t remanded into custody? Oh, wait... it's a Democrat.

Sheryl Williams Stapleton, the former New Mexico House majority leader, was convicted Aug. 14, with her longtime friend Joseph Johnson, of bribery, mail fraud, money laundering, false tax returns, and conspiracy

Prosecutors said she used her Albuquerque Public Schools job and her seat in the legislature to steer about $3.25 million, including federal Perkins vocational money, to Johnson's Robotics company, then took roughly $1.15 million back through blank checks

Stapleton was filmed leaving the Albuquerque courthouse after being found guilty

No cuffs. No van. Just a tarnished politician fleeing from reporters. Any other person convicted of even a single felony would find themselves loaded up into the county van in time for the 6 by 9 bed-and-breakfast’s next meal call

But a former Democrat floor leader convicted on dozens of counts involving school funds went home to wait on a calendar date for sentencing.

"I could go on, and in fact, I'm going to..."

Carl Higbie unpacks a list of Democrat-brained, Trump-hating hoaxes largely created by liberal corporate media - who now wonder why they're banned from the White House.

"You guys are the worst."

A York student got dragged off her porch and beaten unconscious. A woman at the meeting was offended by the word "uncivilized."

On the 300 block of West Jackson Street near York College, female students sitting on their rental porch asked a street-race crowd to get off the property. One victim told FOX43, "I turn and see my friend get dragged by her hair down our porch steps and disappear."

Another said she was hauled to a stop sign and kicked by about a dozen people at once, then blacked out from a kick to the ribs and a blow to the head while a circle filmed her.

Three juvenile girls now face charges that include felony riot and simple as$ault.

Then came the civic seminar. A resident on camera said, "To me, that feels like you're saying that the juveniles in this incident are uncivilized, and I am personally offended by that analogy." She then started assigning blame to the victims, asking what the college would do to put in check the off-campus students.

VP JD Vance: "I've heard a lot of people say that we've 'banned Politico.' Politico will still write their crazy articles; they will still misrepresent what we say and do. What's different is that they don't have an office in the White House anymore... It's not a ban. It's the refusal to grant special access to people who are engaged in dishonest reporting."
