18 HIGH-VALUE TARGETS RETURNED TO U.S.

The FBI and our interagency partners executed yet another sweeping Foreign Transfer of Custody—18 Haitian prisoners related to the investigation into the assassination of Haitian President Jovenel Moïse.

It’s the latest in an all-out, 18-month blitz by this FBI, manhunting high-value targets across the world and bringing them back to the United States to face justice.

When you pick up the phone and engage with foreign partners at a historic level, as we’ve done, this is what happens: 100+ FTOCs over the last 18 months—a nearly 60% increase.

Thank you to FBI Miami for their leadership in this investigation, as well as our law enforcement partners who executed this operation.

😠The mother of Iryna Zarutska's accused k*ller wants people to feel bad for her son. Yeah... NO.

Michelle Dewitt sat down with WBTV and said she hopes people will "throw out" the stigma on mental health. Her son, Decarlos Brown Jr., is charged with first-degree m*rder in the Aug. 22, 2025 k*lling of 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska on Charlotte's Lynx Blue Line.

Investigators say he boarded without a ticket, sat behind her, and st*bbed her three times in the neck with no warning and no words. Transit video showed her collapsing on the train floor.

Brown's state and federal cases are stalled after judges found him incompetent to proceed. Defense lawyers say he has suffered "debilitating mental illness" and believes a "man-made material" controls his body. Dewitt has said he was a decent student until prison and later became "quiet" and "standoffish."

ANTISEMITISM is RISING - EXPOSE THIS! 🇵🇸Gorillaz frontman Damon Albarn told an Orlando crowd never to stay “neutral” while lifting a Palestinian flag.

Gorillaz opened their U.S. "The Mountain" tour on Sept. 17 at the Kia Center. Mid-set, Albarn took a flag from a fan, held it up, and said, "Don't forget this. Ever. Stand your position. Don't ever be neutral."

Albarn has made similar remarks before, including a Channel 4 line last year that Palestinians' existence "cannot" be denied. He did not, on this tape, mention Hamas, the designated terr*orist group that started the current war by m@ssacring Israeli civilians on Oct. 7, 2023.

He also didn't mention Israel's right to exist.

A British rock star telling an American audience to side with Palestine isn’t the show people paid for. Just play the two songs everyone knows and keep it moving.

Iowa Hill deputy shooting updates: Placer sheriff breaks down fiery shootout.

A woman is dead, and her suspected killer also died after an hourslong gunbattle with deputies, where time was crucial as flames were closing in, the Placer County Sheriff's Office said Monday.  Derek Spencer, 44, was wanted for the killing of 76-year-old Cheryl Macy and had been on the run for nearly 20 hours, Placer County Sheriff Wayne Woo said during a news briefing.  Spencer was wanted after pointing a firearm at people in Placer County, in addition to other alleged felonies. The sheriff's office said that when Spencer was found by deputies around 10:30 a.m. Sunday, he rammed a vehicle stolen in El Dorado County into one of their patrol vehicles and managed to get away. Woo explained that Spencer had rammed the vehicle with enough force to disable it and prevent it from being able to chase after him.

PROTECTED BY DEMOCRATS: A Preston Lord m*rder defendant is arrested for a THIRD time while on pretrial release!
Talyn Vigil, 20, is one of the remaining defendants charged in the 2023 beating de@th of 16-year-old Preston Lord after a Queen Creek Halloween party. He posted a $1 million bond in 2024 and was supposed to be on house arrest with a monitor.
Tempe Police say they grabbed him earlier in September near Arizona State University after he and another rider split traffic, did burnouts, and drag-raced motorcycles. This marks Vigil’s third arrest while awaiting trial for Lord’s k*lling, after a 2025 protection-order case and a February reckless-driving stop.
During his September court appearance, Vigil told the judge, "I'm not gonna say anything, you know. But, wasn't my fault, and I'm honestly gonna stay off of driving myself."
A judge added a $5,000 bond and stripped his driving privileges. A follow-up is set before Judge Sam Myers, who already refused prosecutors' request this spring to lock him back up.
