TERROR PLOT DISRUPTED.
FBI agents arrested Jonathan Hunter Kramer, 21, of Pennsylvania, after he was allegedly plotting an ISIS-inspired violent attack.
This FBI continues to move more effectively than we ever have stopping would-be terrorist actors before they harm the American people.

Talk about crashing a partyโฆ
Saturday evening ended up being a busy one for our District One/north officers.
Just before 7 p.m., officers were alerted to a Flock hit for a stolen vehicle at 17th and Dayton.
A tale as old as time: We attempted a traffic stop, the vehicle did not stop.
This led to a pursuit through our city and onto I-70. The pursuit was terminated after the vehicle began traveling in the opposite lanes of traffic.
But they werenโt off the hook yet.
Thatโs when our Real Time Information Center stepped in.
We continued tracking the vehicle using drone technology as it traveled into a Denver neighborhood.
They bailed on the car and crashed a birthday party at the same timeโฆ
The driver took off, but the passenger decided to stay for the festivities and bounce house. We RSVPโd and met her there.
The driver was found hiding under a truck at a nearby residence.
Both were taken into custody without further incident.
Inside the vehicle officers recovered two handguns, one of which was stolen and drug paraphernalia.
The duo is facing charges including motor vehicle theft in the third degree, vehicular eluding, criminal possession of an identification document and first-degree criminal trespass, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
You can flee, drive the wrong way, crash the party or hide under a truck, but you canโt hide from APD. We find our suspects, always.

Newly released images show the weapons federal authorities say a 21-year-old Pennsylvania man was stockpiling as he allegedly prepared for an ISIS-inspired mass shooting.
Jonathan Kramer was arrested near Pittsburgh after investigators say he purchased a semi-automatic rifle and nearly 200 rounds of ammunition.
Agents also seized knives, a scope and other items.
Federal authorities allege Kramer pledged allegiance to ISIS and discussed attacks involving firearms, explosives, drones and ricin, describing his plans as a mission to wage war on non-Muslims.
The FBI says agents moved in before he could carry out the alleged attack.

Two Ohio deputies suffered broken bones Monday when they were attacked by a suspect following a sentencing hearing.
The incident happened during a 1 p.m. hearing at the Columbiana County Courthouse in Lisbon, WFMJ-TV reports. Timothy Reaggle, 20, was being escorted out of a courtroom after he had been sentenced when he broke free of his handcuffs.
While trying to escape, Reaggle punched a Columbiana County sheriff's deputy in the throat and assaulted another deputy as he fled on foot. He was finally subdued with a Taser and taken into custody just as he was about to reach the courthouse doors.
Security camera footage captured the attack.
Sheriff Brian McLaughlin told WFMJ that the deputies were taken to the hospital for treatment and have been released. No details were given about the severity of the deputies' broken bones or if they suffered other injuries.
Please join us in sending prayers and, or positive thoughts for the deputies recovery๐๐ป

THE FACTS ARE SERIOUSLY COMPLICATING THE NARRATIVE.
The death of Tasia Fortune, a Black woman found hanging from a tree in Jackson, Mississippi, understandably ignited national fears because of the stateโs horrific history of racial lynchings.
But now police have charged 51-year-old Jarques Ratliff โ who is also Black โ with Fortuneโs M*RDER.
And there is another rather important detail: Tasiaโs own mother has said she does NOT believe race was a factor in her daughterโs de*th.
Ratliff pleaded not guilty Monday and was denied bond. Police have not announced a motive, have only said that Fortune and Ratliff knew each other in some capacity, and say additional arrests are expected.
Tasia absolutely deserves people demanding answers. She deserves a serious homicide investigation, accountability for whoever did this and justice for her family.
But this case is also a reminder of something that should be obvious:
You investigate the evidence FIRST.

Captain Fiallo received the High Achievement Award at this yearโs Rocky Mountain Tactical Team Assn (RMTTA) annual conference held at the Highlands Ranch Law Enforcement Training Center. As policing and public needs have evolved drastically across the State in recent years, the Patrol has adapted its policies, equipment, and tactics to remain a viable, relevant, and effective agency. Captain Fialloโs leadership demonstrated exactly what the Patrol needed during this critical time. Taking a concept that was once strictly prohibited and bringing it to lifeโnavigating the necessary discussions, funding, and recruitmentโrequires an exceptional leader, and Captain Fiallo truly exemplified those qualities. Congratulations on your well-deserved award, Captain! I know the Troops are excited to apply the lessons and tactics learned from this journey!

"I'M NOT GOING BACK": Bill Melugin gives an update on Charles, whose ICE arrest in Boston went viral last year. DHS confirms he was officially deported back to Haiti last Thursday after spending 19 months in federal custody.
Sources tell Fox he was combative during the removal flight and made threatening, profane remarks toward the President and his family. The lengthy timeline was attributed to exhausting every available legal option before removal.
