The family of the holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy trial says their lives have been turned upside down since the case ended in a mistrial.

Nate Foy reports the juror's brother is pushing back on claims that his Catholic faith influenced his decision, while revealing the family didn't even know he was serving on the jury.

"My family cannot leave the house. They are leaving notes at my mother's house. They won't leave us alone."

The judge has sealed the jurors' identities over safety concerns as prosecutors weigh whether to retry Clancy. She returns to court Sept. 29.

New Jersey's Reparations Council is recommending $178,000 PER BLACK RESIDENT or $642,800 PER BLACK FAMILY to close the racial wealth gap, with an estimated price tag between $263 BILLION and $363 BILLION.

So a Black resident whose family came to America generations after slavery ended could still fall within the population the Council wants compensated.

Now New Jersey lawmakers are pushing the “Truth, Reconciliation, and Repair Act,” which formally embraces the Council's report and commits the state to further “repair.”

NEW: A Park City Utah Police Department K-9 was injured after falling off a highway overpass during an investigation into a suspicious item that forced several roadway shutdowns Tuesday.

K-9 Bruno jumped from the freeway overpass near the Highway 40/Interstate 80 interchange and sustained serious injuries. After he was cared for at the scene, Bruno was airlifted to an emergency veterinary hospital in Salt Lake City for further treatment.

"Bruno is more than a police K-9 - he is a partner, a member of our department, and an important part of the Park City Police family," the department posted on social media. "Our thoughts and prayers are with Bruno and his handler as he receives the care he needs."🙏🏻

DHS confirms to FoxNews that Wisteguens Jean Quely Chargles was finally deported back to his home country on Thursday, 19 months after his arrest. I'm told he was combative on the plane, which originated in Louisiana, and he made profane, threatening remarks about President Trump and his family while on board.

Per DHS, he had 17+ criminal convictions in just a two-year span in the state of Massachusetts. He was initially admitted to the US in 2013 during the Obama administration and was granted TPS. His TPS was later revoked in 2022. We witnessed him being arrested by ICE in the sanctuary city of Boston on 1/22/2025, just days into the Trump 2.0 administration.

As for why it took so long? I'm told by federal sources that he exhausted every single potential legal option to try to remain in the country and has had a final deportation order since November of last year.

Talk about crashing a party…

Saturday evening ended up being a busy one for our District One/north officers.
Just before 7 p.m., officers were alerted to a Flock hit for a stolen vehicle at 17th and Dayton.

A tale as old as time: We attempted a traffic stop, the vehicle did not stop.

This led to a pursuit through our city and onto I-70. The pursuit was terminated after the vehicle began traveling in the opposite lanes of traffic.

But they weren’t off the hook yet.

That’s when our Real Time Information Center stepped in.

We continued tracking the vehicle using drone technology as it traveled into a Denver neighborhood.

They bailed on the car and crashed a birthday party at the same time…

The driver took off, but the passenger decided to stay for the festivities and bounce house. We RSVP’d and met her there.

The driver was found hiding under a truck at a nearby residence.
Both were taken into custody without further incident.

Inside the vehicle officers recovered two handguns, one of which was stolen and drug paraphernalia.

The duo is facing charges including motor vehicle theft in the third degree, vehicular eluding, criminal possession of an identification document and first-degree criminal trespass, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

You can flee, drive the wrong way, crash the party or hide under a truck, but you can’t hide from APD. We find our suspects, always.

Newly released images show the weapons federal authorities say a 21-year-old Pennsylvania man was stockpiling as he allegedly prepared for an ISIS-inspired mass shooting.

Jonathan Kramer was arrested near Pittsburgh after investigators say he purchased a semi-automatic rifle and nearly 200 rounds of ammunition.

Agents also seized knives, a scope and other items.
Federal authorities allege Kramer pledged allegiance to ISIS and discussed attacks involving firearms, explosives, drones and ricin, describing his plans as a mission to wage war on non-Muslims.

The FBI says agents moved in before he could carry out the alleged attack.

On July 20, 2026, LVMPD officers responded to an armed robbery in the 4300 block of Spring Mountain Road. An LVMPD drone was quickly deployed and located a male matching the suspect’s description. The drone pilot guided patrol officers to the suspect’s location. After a brief foot pursuit, the suspect was taken into custody.
