No better way to start a morning than a well executed Volusia Florida Sheriff search warrant. On this one we paid a visit to the Mongols motorcycle gang chapter president Jose Vega at 1579 Ferendina Drive, City of Deltona after receiving reports of drug sales out of the house.

We found cocaine (some of it tossed in the toilet), marijuana, 6 firearms, cash and Mongols gear. Vega's charges include possession of cocaine with intent to sell, and 4 counts of possession of a firearm/ammo by a convicted felon.  Two others were also arrested on scene, and 2 kids in the house were turned over to a family member. Great job!!

YES, Lindsay Clancy's lawyer really asked President Trump for a pardon.

There are TWO fairly enormous problems with that:
First, Trump has already said Clancy β€œdid a horrible, horrible thing” and that there would be a price to pay. That doesn't exactly sound like a ringing endorsement of clemency.

Second, we already watched this constitutional fight play out with Tina Peters. Trump announced a β€œfull pardon” for Peters even though she was convicted of STATE crimes in Colorado. It didn't free her.

The Colorado Court of Appeals later ruled exactly why: presidents can pardon federal offenses. They cannot erase state convictions.

Lindsay Clancy is facing MASSACHUSETTS state m*rder charges. She deserves to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and a lawyer grasping at straws isn't going to change that.

Lindsay Clancy Juror tells CBS all the conspiracy theories surrounding the husband being involved went out the window the moment she heard the 911 call

β€œ I will never be the same after that 911 callβ€” after the trial I thought all the conspiracy theories with how Patrick did it, that he somehow convinced Lindsey that she had done it, when it was really himβ€” all I could think is that if these people could have heard his visceral blood-curling scream, I don’t think I could name a single actor or actress that could perform that the way he did.”
