With profound sadness, we remember Sgt. Chris Fisher, a Warm Springs Police Department officer whose life was tragically cut short Tuesday night in Warm Springs, Georgia. Fisher was killed at approximately 11:57 p.m., leaving his fellow officers, loved ones and the community he dedicated himself to serving with a heartbreaking loss that words cannot fully express.

For more than a decade, Fisher wore the badge and committed himself to public safety. His journey began in November 2010, when he started his career as a jail officer with the Heard County Sheriff’s Office. He later returned to the agency before continuing his law enforcement career with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office.

In July 2018, Fisher joined the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, eventually serving as a deputy and investigator after completing his basic law enforcement training in September 2019. His career continued with the Meriwether County Sheriff’s Office, where his dedication and leadership earned him a promotion to sergeant in August 2025.

On May 18, 2026, Fisher joined the Warm Springs Police Department. His commitment to the community was quickly recognized, and on July 7, he was promoted to sergeant.

Throughout his career, Fisher completed more than 1,500 hours of training, including SWAT operations, active-shooter response, de-escalation, firearms and tactical medical training. He prepared himself to face dangerous situations so that he could be there for others when they needed help most.

Rest In Peace, HeroπŸ–€πŸ’™

This man murdered FIVE of his children and it took his jury LESS THAN TWO HOURS. The other has spent FOUR DAYS deliberating and STILL cannot agree.

It looks like LWWS (Liberal White Woman Syndrome) is getting in the way of what SHOULD BE a clear cut, easy decision.

Timothy Ray Jones Jr. murdered all FIVE of his children. His lawyers presented extensive evidence of SEVERE MENTAL ILLNESS and argued that he was legally insane.

Jones was convicted of murdering Merah, 8; Elias, 7; Nahtahn, 6; Gabriel, 2; and Abigail, just ONE. When it came time to decide his punishment, jurors needed less than two hours to sentence him to death.

Now look at Lindsay Clancy.

She admits to strangling Cora, 5; Dawson, 3; and 8-month-old Callan. Her attorneys argue severe postpartum mental illness left her not criminally responsible.

After nearly six weeks of testimony and four DAYS of deliberations, her jury has formally told the judge it cannot agree.

Two evil parents. Eight de*d children. Two mental-illness defenses. But apparently only one sane jury.

Woods plead guilty to reckless driving and refusing to submit to a lawful test in connection with his March rollover crash, while prosecutors drop the DUI charge.

The golf star stays silent as reporters surround the couple outside court, capping a brief appearance where Woods speaks only to confirm he read the deal.

CHARLIE KIRK STATUE: A viewer sent me this photo she took on I-15 a couple of weeks ago after her 11-year-old daughter spotted what appears to be a statue of Charlie Kirk being transported through Utah County.

The statue shows a likeness of Kirk sitting in a chair with a microphone, similar to how he answered questions during campus events, including at UVU on Sept. 10, 2025, the day he was shot and killed.

While at the courthouse for the Tyler Robinson hearing yesterday, I asked several people about plans for a Charlie Kirk memorial in Utah. Everyone I spoke with said those discussions still appear to be in the talking stages.

It’s unclear where the statue was headed, though the viewer said the truck exited I-15 in Orem near the UVU campus. I’ve reached out to UVU to find out whether the statue is connected to the approaching one-year anniversary of Kirk’s death on Sept. 10 or plans for a more permanent memorial.

The 25th Navajo Nation Council mourns the loss of retired Navajo Police Lieutenant Bennie Shirley of Chinle, Ariz. According to family reports, Shirley passed away on Friday, Aug. 28, at the age of 84.

Shirley served the Navajo Nation Police Department for 43 years as an officer, lieutenant and captain before retiring in 2006.

β€œLieutenant Shirley dedicated more than four decades of his life to protecting and serving the Navajo people, a commitment that deserves our deepest respect and gratitude,” said Law and Order Committee Chair Eugenia Charles-Newton. β€œWe honor his legacy and recognize the sacrifices made not only by our officers, but also by the families who stand beside them throughout their service.

He was a great man who dedicated his life to serving and helping others,” said his son Vernelle. β€œHe touched many lives through his years of service, but above all else, his greatest priority was family, especially our mom. His love for her was unwavering. Now, they are together again.”

POTUS is joined by travel industry leaders to celebrate another great summer season in America:

In the last three months, travelers logged 290 billion miles on American highways, our National Parks welcomed 78 million visitors β€” all records β€” and on 11 separate days, more than three million travelers flew through American skies.

USTravel President and CEO Geoff Freeman: "We welcomed millions of travelers this summer... We think we can keep this momentum going."

MGM Resorts International CEO Bill Hornbuckle: "This was a great summer... I want to also thank you on behalf of our employees. No Tax on Tips has gone a long ways β€” so thank you."

American Airlines CEO Robert Isom: "From a commercial aviation perspective, the eyes of the world have been on us, and we've certainly delivered... No doubt, it's a result of the economy and the job market."

POTUS: "When I ask that question, I ask it sort of knowing the answer β€” the only answer is they're being shot. The regime is getting weaker and weaker by the day, and at some point, they're not going to be able to shoot so easily."

25 years later we remember their courage, we honor their service and sacrifice, and we will NEVER forget.

Thank you to FBI_CIRG for hosting so many of our FBI teams from across the enterprise.

THIS MONSTER BLEW A KISS at the mother of two teenage boys he murdered... and SMILED while she sat in the courtroom grieving her children.

Brice Rhodes killed brothers Maurice Gordon, 14, and Larry Ordway, 16, because he believed they might tell police about another murder he committed.

Then while awaiting trial, Rhodes repeatedly turned toward their family in court, smiled and blew a kiss toward their mother. When the judge called him out for smiling, Rhodes basically responded that he could do whatever he wanted.

A jury eventually convicted him of THREE murders and sentenced him to LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE.

And the Kentucky Supreme Court unanimously upheld every conviction and that sentence.

He spent years acting like the courtroom was a joke.

Nobody is laughing now.
