BREAKING: Election Fraud Arrests Begin

This morning we arrested and federally charged a Honduran national for unlawfully registering to vote in California and falsely claiming to be a U.S. citizen.

Darwin Jonathan Rivera Flores, 30, of Winnetka, is charged with two felonies and faces deportation if convicted.

Because states like California allow non-citizens to easily register to vote and receive a ballot by mail, there is no telling how many non-citizens are currently registered.

It is time for California to comply with AAG Dhillonโ€™s request for a comprehensive audit of its voter rolls to protect the integrity of our elections.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

UPDATE: A desperate search is underway for more than 1,500 people still missing after catastrophic flooding devastates Nepal and Tibet.

At least 547 people are dead, with about 90 Americans among those still unaccounted for.

The disaster was reportedly triggered by a glacier collapse that sent a wall of water and mud several stories high tearing through the region. Now, more rain could complicate the race to find survivors.

In case you need a reminder that good men are still out there, this Texas father is one of the best examples out there.

He heard his 5-year-old daughter screaming and RAN. He found 47-year-old Jesus Mora Flores s*xually assaulting his little girl behind a barn.

Dad didn't freeze. He didn't wait. He pulled Flores off his daughter and beat him. Then, when Flores became unresponsive, the father immediately called 911 and asked for an ambulance.

Flores died, which meant this father had to wait while authorities decided whether HE would be charged for stopping the man who was s*xually assaulting his 5-year-old.

A grand jury ultimately refused to indict him. Prosecutors said the evidence backed his account and Texas law allowed deadly force to stop the assault.

This news story is making the rounds again, and it's one we should remember.

THIS is a father.

Deputies responded to Walmart after 34-year-old Daryl Wallace was detained for stealing firearm slings and lubricant. Wallace gave deputies a false identity, but they quickly learned who he really wasโ€ฆ a convicted felon on active felony probation with three active felony warrants for drug charges, grand theft, and vehicle theft.

The identification also triggered an alert for our North Division POP Team. POP deputies responded and located a vehicle associated with Wallace in the parking lot. A search turned up a loaded rifle, narcotics, and drug paraphernalia.

Wallace, a validated gang member with multiple prior theft and narcotics convictions, was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on his warrants and fresh charges of possession of a controlled substance while armed, felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, petty theft with prior convictions, false impersonation, and possession of false identification.

Great to be in New York addressing over 150 of our law enforcement partners supporting FBI-led Joint Terrorism Task Forces โ€“ our initiative investigating terrorist threats across the country and the word, sharing intelligence, and responding to critical incidents.

The first JTTF started in 1980 as a frontline defense against terrorist threats, and 45 years later we have over 200 Task Forces across the country โ€“ including at least one task force operating in each of the FBIโ€™s 56 field offices. As we approach the 25th anniversary of 9/11 this task force is more important than ever and one of our most successful multi-agency initiatives. Since the start of the Trump administration weโ€™ve seen almost 1,100 terrorists disrupted (up 20%), 55 Foreign Terrorist Organizations dismantled (up 96%) โ€“ and so far in just 2026 alone, weโ€™ve already disrupted over 400 terrorist plots at home and around the world. None of it is possible without these brilliant partners.

Special thanks to our NYPD partners including NYPDPC Commissioner Tisch, FBI New York, FDNY, the Port Authority PD, and the National September 11 Memorial and Museum for hosting us.

On July 11, 2026, Officer Casey Allsbrook was finishing her night shift and heading home when she came upon a scene no one could have expected.

A vehicle had crashed and was on fire. Flames had consumed much of the engine compartment and were beginning to spread into the passenger compartment. Inside the vehicle, a man was trapped, and unconscious.

Officer Allsbrook tried to open the driverโ€™s-side door, but the collision had damaged it.

Officer Allsbrook ran to the passenger side, used her baton to break the window and climbed into the burning vehicle. She reached the man and helped pull him from the vehicle, putting her own life in danger to save his.

Moments later, the vehicle was fully engulfed in flames.

Because Officer Allsbrook was there, because she recognized the danger and because she was willing to run toward it when every instinct might have told her to run the other way, that man survived.

She was on her way home.

Instead, she became the reason someone else got to go home, too.

Officer Allsbrookโ€™s actions that night were more than courageous. They were selfless. They were instinctive. And they are a powerful reminder that being a police officer is not simply a job that ends when a shift is over. It is a commitment to protect and serveโ€”whenever and wherever someone needs help.

Officer Allsbrook, we are incredibly proud of you. Thank you for putting your life on the line to save another. You are an example of the courage, compassion and dedication that define the Horry County Police Department.

To show the department's appreciation, Chief Kris Leonhardt awarded Officer Allsbrook with a Medal of Valor and Lifesaving Award.

BREAKING: Election Fraud Arrests Begin This morning we arrested and federally charged a Honduran national for unlawfully registering to vote in California and falsely claiming to be a U.S. citizen. Darwin Jonathan Rivera Flores, 30, of Winnetka, is chargedโ€ฆ
New Details: In an early morning bust, federal agents in L.A. just arrested a Honduran national who investigators allege was able to register to vote in California & committed perjury by lying on a voter application that he is a U.S. Citizen.

Darwin Rivera-Flores is federally charged with making a false claim about his citizenship and having a fraudulent voter registration, Matt Finn reports.

A criminal complaint says Rivera-Flores pled guilty to obstruction earlier this year for blocking an ICE agentโ€™s access to an immigration building in Camarillo, CA.

Then in March, the complaint alleges Rivera-Flores went back to the federal building and threatened the same agent saying he will find the agentโ€™s โ€˜neighborhood and house.โ€™

In April, a separate U.S. immigration agent alleges Rivera-Flores texted him, calling him a โ€œb*tchโ€ and writing โ€œI canโ€™t wait until the midterms you donโ€™t have qualified immunity then we can start to indict all you guys one by one.โ€

Homeland Security alleges that the text message about the midterms implies Rivera-Flores had an interest and intent to vote in November.

The Trump Administration has sued California, demanding it turn over its voter rolls, arguing the federal government could be able to sort through names to determine whoโ€™s illegally registered. California currently allows a person to register online without an I.D. or Social Security number and the California Secretary of Stateโ€™s website says items like a gym membership are acceptable forms of ID at the ballot box.
