NEW: Trish Hyde is the ICE official who personally oversaw the agencyβs operation in VA & MD.
I asked her to respond to critics who say only 400 of the 1,300+ illegal aliens arrested had a criminal history?
"If you're in the country illegally, you are a criminal,β Hyde said. You've broken the laws of our land."

This is a HARD NO. We do NOT change American food-safety rules to accommodate Islamic religious rituals.
A Dunkin employee aboard the Staten Island Ferry was filmed washing his FEET in a sink behind the food counter while performing wudu, the Islamic ritual cleansing Muslims perform before prayer.
Then he rolled out a prayer rug and prayed nearby.
Now the NYC Health Department is investigating, and the Department of Transportation is reviewing the incident.
Businesses, schools, government agencies or public institutions are being required to bend ordinary rules every time an Islamic practice conflicts with them. Now our RESTAURANTS are compromised the same way?
Customers should never have to wonder whether the sink around their food and drinks was just used to wash someone's feet because management was too afraid to say NO.

BREAKING: LADWP and the City of LA are finally coming to the table to discuss mediation in the lawsuit with the Palisades Fire victims. This is an overdue and positive development. Unfortunately, the state, with Bob Bonta distracted by his jihad against Paramount, is running the JV squad and is continuing to fight us and dodge accountability for their part in the fire that festered on Gavin Newsom's overgrown State Park. They need to follow their co-defendantsβ lead, join the mediation, and settle this lawsuit NOW so we can start rebuilding our lives.

Aside from attorney speak, this case is 100 percent common sense, a lawful investigation, and about the actions of a corrupt Attorney General. This ruling could be disastrous for public safety in California. Will the CA Supreme Court give a corrupt embarrassment to law enforcment, Attorney General Rob Bonta, power over elected Sheriffβs.

THIS BODYCAM IS DISGUSTING: A 37-year-old Florida teacher accused of s*xually exploiting a 17-year-old student can be seen WALKING DEPUTIES THROUGH THE ENCOUNTERS she had with her student.
Heather Mashburn-Smith was arrested after Charlotte County investigators say she admitted to unlawful s*xual activity with the teenager twice on school property.
Authorities say their communication developed through Snapchat before becoming physical. Newly released bodycam footage shows Mashburn-Smith pointing out locations inside her classroom as deputies investigated.
Court records also say the teenager eventually cut her off after she allegedly began complaining about her marriage and talking about leaving her husband for him once he turned 18.
She was the adult.
She was the teacher.
She was entrusted with access to students, not given permission to treat one like a romantic partner.
Mashburn-Smith now faces a first-degree felony charge.
Any educator who sexually exploits a student should NEVER be trusted around children again. Lock her up and throw away the key.
