BREAKING: Minneapolis police say that Jake Lang and all occupants of vehicles have been arrested on "probable cause riot":
"At approximately 11:50 a.m., far-right extremist Jake Lang arrived near Minneapolis City Hall with other people in two vehicles. Both vehicles drove onto the sidewalk in front of City Hall toward a crowd of people gathered there. MPD officers moved in to get the vehicles off the sidewalk and out of the area.
Officers tracked both vehicles after they left. With the assistance of MN State Patrol, one was stopped near Washington Avenue and I-35W. The second was stopped by Bloomington PD near Lindau Lane and IKEA Way in Bloomington.
All occupants, including Jake Lang, were arrested on Probable Cause Riot. Both vehicles were impounded.
Additional arrests occurred near City Hall.

”SLAP ON THE WRIST” A Philippine national charged with filming a 3-year-old girl in the bathroom will likely serve no time in jail for that crime thanks to a plea deal Alexandria VA Commonwealth’s Attorney Bryan Porter gave the defendant.
However, the man will serve up to 6 months in jail for filming the girl’s mom. The mother told me they found the man’s phone in a bathroom vanity at an Alexandria bakery, that it had been recording 19 people using the bathroom—-and they had no idea they were being filmed.
The man originally faced more than 20 years behind bars. But is getting up to six months instead.

FLORIDA JUST GETS IT: Students will now be REQUIRED to learn what communist regimes actually did to millions of people.
Beginning with the 2026-27 school year, Florida's standards expand communism instruction for students in grades 6 through 12.
Students will study the Soviet system, Mao's China, the Great Leap Forward, Castro's Cuba, communist movements in Latin America, political repression, mass killings and the conditions that allowed communist revolutions to take hold.
GOOD.
Students should not graduate knowing modern slogans about socialism and communism while knowing NOTHING about the consequences.
If schools are going to teach political history, they should teach the whole history, including the promises, the consequences and the people who suffered under those regimes.
America needs more of this.

Santa Monica, CA – Santa Monica Police Department officers responded to Palisades Park near the 1400 block of Ocean Avenue regarding a reported domestic violence incident. While officers were interviewing witnesses, an unrelated individual armed with a knife charged at the officers. An officer discharged their firearm, striking the individual.
Santa Monica Fire Department personnel provided emergency medical care, and the individual was transported to a hospital, where they were pronounced deceased. The involved officer was not injured.
The scene remains active as investigators preserve evidence and conduct the preliminary investigation. The public is asked to avoid the area.

The patients underwent procedures at Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown on August 14.
The family of 72-year-old Glenda Dorton says potassium chloride was mistakenly used in her spinal injection instead of the anesthetic bupivacaine. She is now paralyzed from the chest down and remains in intensive care.
The hospital acknowledges four patients were harmed and says it identified the cause and added new safeguards. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is now investigating.
These patients walked into a hospital expecting routine surgery and trusted the medical team with their lives.

One was an apartment. The other was Harry’s Cocktail Lounge.
The charges include three counts of perjury, false voter registration and filing a false declaration of candidacy.
And the district attorney did NOT mince words, accusing Lynch of “manufacturing a fake address to cheat the system.”
If you have to fabricate where you live just to qualify for the ballot, you have no business asking voters to trust you with public office.
