After an FBI investigation with our DOJ partners, Dr. Fauciβs associate, David Morens, just pleaded guilty to conspiracy in a scheme to avoid FOIA requests and the Federal Records Act connected to COVID-19 research grants.
The FBI uncovered that Morens, Co-Conspirator 1, Co-Conspirator 2, and others conspired during the COVID-19 pandemic to defraud the United States after the National Institutes of Health terminated Co-Conspirator 1βs grant.
NIH terminated the grant, βUnderstanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence,β based on allegations that COVID-19 emerged from the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in Wuhan, China.
Mr. Morens and his co-conspirators then agreed in writing to intentionally hide their communications from public view by corresponding through Morensβs personal Gmail account rather than his official NIH email account.
This FBI investigation remains ongoing. No one is above the law.

BCSO Says Goodbye to K9 Norris
"Buncombe County, NC (August 17, 2026) Our hearts are heavy today as we had to say goodbye to a member of our K9 team. Over the weekend, we learned K9 Norris, a nine-year-old German Shepherd, was diagnosed with an aggressive form of lymphoma and had lost his ability to see. As a result, the difficult decision was made to euthanize K9 Norris to prevent any suffering.
K9 Norris was assigned to the IGRANT unit and worked with his Handler Deputy Dane Onderdonk. He was trained in narcotics detection, handler protection, and tracking. K9 Norris served the Buncombe County Sheriff's Office and the community of Buncombe with honor, playing a significant role in removing dangerous narcotics from our community."πΎπ

NEW: A Berkeley County SC Deputy was injured Tuesday morning when a driver collided with their patrol vehicle, prompting a portion of I-26 eastbound to be blocked.
According to a newly released statement from the sheriff's office, the collision occurred just before 5 a.m. when an inattentive driver rear ended a sheriff's deputy, who was working an off-duty assignment conducting traffic control near a construction zone.
The deputy reportedly sustained injuries as a result of the collision and was transported to an area hospital for evaluation and treatment.
In response to the crash, the sheriff's office is reminding motorists that South Carolinaβs Move Over Law requires drivers approaching stopped emergency vehicles with flashing lights to move over to an adjacent lane when possible. If changing lanes is not possible or safe, motorists are advised to slow down and proceed with caution.
Please join us in sending prayers and, or positive thoughts for the deputy's recoveryππ»

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH: A Tennessee Teacher of the Year RESIGNED after accusing administrators of changing a studentβs failing grade when she refused to do it herself.
Samira Hardcastle taught art in Metro Nashville Public Schools for eight years. She says a student failed to complete a project or use the offered opportunity to redo it.
After the studentβs parent challenged the grade, Hardcastle says administrators ordered her to change it. She refused. According to Hardcastle, they changed it without her consent.
Schools cannot demand standards from teachers while abandoning those standards when someone complains loudly enough.
This is EXACTLY why we can't let schools get away from this. These kinds of administrative decisions result in generations of snowflakes who can't handle real life.

ONE VOTER. EIGHT ADDRESSES. Minnesota law allows a registered voter to confirm the residence of up to eight other people at the polls.
The voucher must be registered in the same precinct and sign an oath confirming each address. Those being vouched for must still provide identifying information and swear that they are eligible to vote.
The decades-old practice is now facing renewed scrutiny after an investigation put the system to the test.
Would you trust this process in your state? See how it works here: https://lawenforcementtoday.com/minnesota-voter-vouching-law-allows-one-person-to-confirm-residence-for-up-to-eight-others

BUSTED: Fairfax County police arrested an accused peeping suspect whose court history includes sex-related cases dating back nearly TWENTY YEARS.
Police say Landon Anthony Taylor was captured in Maryland after a Virginia womanβs camera recorded a man repeatedly looking through her bedroom window.
Taylor is now charged with two counts of peeping and one count of stalking.
The woman who recorded the latest incidents in a string of criminal acts said she feared for her life. Her decision to install a camera and report what she saw may have protected other potential victims.
As usual, this suspect has a documented pattern spanning nearly TWO DECADES. Each incident resulted in Taylor being released back in the community.

IT'S ABOUT TIME: A federal appeals court restored Texasβ voter ID requirements for mail-in ballots.
The restored rules require mail voters to provide an identification number or partial Social Security number that matches state records. THIS IS JUST COMMON SENSE!
The law also includes a process for voters to correct defective ballots and requires voters and anyone assisting them to certify that the voter was not coerced.
Every lawful vote should count, and every state should be able to confirm that each ballot came from the person legally entitled to cast it.
